Can’t say enough about how awesome the two gentlemen were that set up and explained every detail about how to operate the Sony 65” TV. These guys were very professional and took the time to answer our questions and made sure we were able to operate the TV. THANK YOU!!

Excellent Service by Installers. Gave me much information & Directions. They Scanned for all channels. I have connection to outdoor Chimney Antenna. Nice to know how many channels are pulled in & high quality of Pictures w. Long ago installed Outdoor Antenna.

The Geek Squad, picked up and delivered my new Smart TV, sound bar, and some furniture assembly. They are excellent to work with and do a great job. Got everything set up, showed me how to run everything now, re-set up another TV for me, and clean up so you can't even tell they were there. It may cost you for their services but if you can't do it yourself they are the choice to make.

The tech who came out was "JAKE" I can't say enough good things about him. My husband and I are senior citizens, he was very, very helpful and patient showing us how to work our new tv. By the way, we love it. He is truly as asset to best buy. These days we don't experience this kind of customer service JAKE gave us. HE WAS THE BEST!!!!
