The Geek Squad associates did their job well beyond my expectations. I was expecting a 2" gap between the TV and the wall. After listening to their suggestions, we changed course, and using their suggestions, the gap virtually disappeared. They took their time, communicated their plan, and satisfied us 150%.

Geek Squad Rocks! - Totally impressed with the thoroughness of our install. The guys went above and beyond, hooking up our soundbar as well. Spent time training us and making sure all was good before they left! Much appreciated!!!

Geek Squad wasn't allowed to come due to cov19 BUT John, a customer service agent in the University Parkway store in Sarasota Florida, made up for it! He walked me through all questions, installation instructions and everything I needed for my TV and the tablet I purchased. He is truly a great asset to your company.

I had 2 geek squad guys set up the TV, sound bar and woofer. Thank you, Marcus! But … really only one of them I can say was so very helpful and the other one stayed in my house no more than 10 minutes and then stepped outside I guess to plan his next stop. They didn't set the TV to my TV/cable provider and so I had to call his manager and he called another tech that was in my area and he was here within 15 minutes and he fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. This is an expensive service!

agents hooked up my tv to my sound bar system and my satellite Dish system. Adjusted my Dish remote to control all of my external audio and DVD player. Very happy with my home entertainment system.

The fellows did a good job setting up the tv..and getting it programmed.

Angelo & Ray were so professional! had the new tv setup in no time checked and dbl checked all connected devices worked accordingly! They were by far the best techs i've ever had!

The Geek Squad did a great job at installing our wall mount TV stand and getting our new Smart TV programmed! We had it installed on our fireplace and they were very considerate to make us aware that a mantle would be needed if we were to build a fire so as to protect our TV. They also installed a sleeve so as to hide the wires from the TV down to our outlet. Very pleased with the installation.

We could not be more pleased with the man from the Geek Squad who came to deliver and hook up our new 55" Samsung TV. He didn't mind answering our many questions.
