Did what needed to be done quickly and well. Great service.

My new Samsung television and sound bar, purchased 3 weeks ago and scheduled for delivery and installation TODAY was abruptly cancelled (both the delivery and the installation) just 2 hours before they were supposed to come. I called to find out why this happened. I was repeatedly put on hold, then after approximately 15 minutes of waiting, the call was dropped. I then went to the Best Buy store where I purchased them, and the salesman could not answer questions as to why this happened. He sent in a request, and said someone would contact me later in the day. 4 hours later, a person from BB called and said they were "working on it" but could not give me any reason why my delivery and installation was abruptly cancelled today. To say that I am befuddled, confused, frustrated, is beyond explanation at this point. We had been waiting for this delivery and installation for weeks. At BB, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I am now believing I am going to have to wait even longer for something that should not have happened.

Glad I had the Geek Squad deliver and do the set up, as on-line comments didn't always say the set up was flawless. They arrived on time, quickly assembled my 43" 4K TV, and went through the Internet set up quickly. They took the time to answer my questions and pointed out a few troubleshooting issues. Altogether worth a little extra $ to do this, overall it was a bit pricey.

The agents removed our TV from the box, set up the TV. However, the TV stand was too wide for our TV stand, therefore we asked them to leave the TV on the floor. Once our stand was corrected, the second agents returned to put it on the corrcted Agentstand. Connection was done; but the VCR is not working.

The geeks were wonderful. The set up and quick and perfect!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable about the TV brand, paired it with the new soundbar at the same time, connected up my DVD player, and showed me how to use everything together.

The Geek Squad of Daniel & Austin were terrific. They set up our tv and connected all of our components. They answered all our questions and made sure that we were satisfied with everything before they left. Very friendly too!

The two young ladies that came out to perform our installation, were extremely knowledgeable and and worked really well together. Installation was quick and professional. They showed us the operational aspects of the T.V., answered our questions, cleaned up and were on their way in about 20 minutes!

The Geek Squad delivered and setup my new LG 55" TV quickly and linked it to my internet. He taught me some great ideas about using the new TV and gave me his card suggesting I could call him if I had any questions. He cleaned up everything before leaving. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Met all of my expectations. Has made my TV viewing a wonderful experience. Never been easier for lots of srteaming. Magic remote is beautiful and fun to use.

Geek squad did an excellent installing my television set and connecting it.

This was well worth its price. Installers were professional and patient, and were more than happy to explain what they were doing as they were installing this 65 inch TV mount. I would highly recommend this service to those folks who are unsure about mounting a TV. This was done in a tight spot above my fireplace, and I am very glad I decided to use geek squad to install it.
