The best picture I have ever had even when not watching 4K content.

The agent was great. However, he could not get our wireless head sets to work. The tv evidently didn’t have the right connections. We went and purchased new wireless ear buds and they don’t work either. If we open the ear bud charger to take out the buds, the sound on the tv goes off and only one ear bud will work at a time. We have to get this resolved so that both ear buds work and the sound stays on on the tv. Our hearing is bad.

The Geek Squad set up everything, programmed all the remotes (including the ones already in use) so every remote could be used with every device, tweaked the sound, hooked up all auxillary devices and cleared away all the empty boxes. Professional, friendly, and efficient!

Agents delivered and set up the tv. The tv base was a little too large for the table. They obtained an alternate base for us. They installed my wireless headphones. They were efficient, professional, and courteous. An excellent and efficient job by two outstanding men.

The agent hooked up our new receiver in a short amount of time. He then went through all of the features and showed us how to get to them. Then he went through reach item that we have hooked up to the receiver to make sure they all worked. He was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful.

Price at $200 is ridiculous when we are paying for Total Membership. 100 should be more than enough. There used to be no charge, but I can understand the need for some rwecompense. Just not 200 for screwing on a little TV andf playing with the remote.

Was kept up to date on delivery through e-mails. Installers called shortly before delivery. Very polite, answered all questions, even wore foot protection as not to dirty my carpet/floor. When they arrived they were wearing protective masks They unboxed my new 65 " Samsung 65" 4 k HDTV carefully and placed it on my entertainment center after assembly of the legs and connected it to my existing components , and made sure that everything was functioning properly before cleaning up and leaving my home
