    Geek Squad took my 43" TV and installed the 50" TV and new DVD player. They answered all my questions and I went that afternoon and got a new cable box which really improved all the available features Also, I was not charged additional for the exchange and new TV setup.

    this was fine, although we returned it as it was the size recommended by the salesperson for a 65" tv and there is no way it would work. Too small

    Absolutely awesome TV. However, I'm less than impressed with the Geek Squad's ability to get the picture and sound to sync properly. Is it the TV? The new Sound Bar? Who knows? We've had them out twice now and it still isn't resolved! There's nothing like spending 6 Grand on a new system and having to watch the lips of people move a half second behind the audio. Thanks for nothing, Best Buy.

    Well worth the cost. Trent was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I would have fumbled thru the set up and felt frustrated since I am not tech savvy. He also demonstrated the TV’s features and made it simple so that I could use it right away. Very happy I let Best Buy do all the set up.

    The techs were on-time and efficient in set-up. Very pleasant. And removed boxes and packing debris. I would definitely use this service again in the future.

    The gentleman setup my tv and connected the sound bar & speakers. He also respected my home as he wore booties over his shoes.

    I was not happy with the installation price . They did not connect my dvd player. That was the reason, I requested installation. Certainly connecting the cable box to set ANYONE, including me, could do it. I did it in July when I bought the 32"Samsung from Best buy. I won't get burned again for installation. At least they came in with masks, that were on properly . They also informed me of the store policy for Covid.

    We love the geek squad, they are very good at what they do and polite when coming to our home. W asked so many questions and they answered them all. went over everything with us, this is one reason that we also go to Best Buy.
