The gentleman who installed the tv mount was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He involved me in the process and explained what he was doing/planned to do. He also used terminology that I could understand as I am not the least bit tech savvy.

Set up was perfect! Geek Squad could not have been more nicer and knowledgeable!

They connected the new tv and ps4 to an old (outdated) cable box and remote and an even older Bose system, and they all work fantastic. The tech went out of his way to research the old cable remote and made it very simple to run the entire system.

All's well and good. I am so grateful for the Geeks expertise and their helpfulness in answering questions and explaining the equipment.

The guys did an excellent installation!! All I expected was them to bring the TV in and connect cable and ROKU to it. They went beyond!! Installed to my stereo system for excellent sound. They explained all of the remote changes to me!!

I've used Geek Squad service many times and they always do an excellent job. They are knowledgable of the products they install and always make me feel comfortable using the product before they leave. They were careful to bring my new television in and made sure they didn't knick my furniture. They disposed of all the packing materials and set up the television in the location I wanted.

When spending the extra for a 75" TV, somewhat of an extravagance for me, why struggle with installing it yourself? Let the pros deliver, hang it (I installed the wall mount), set it up, and neatly wrap the cables, then carry away the packing materials? Now, it is important to understand the levels of service. I did install the wall mount before TV delivery, and thought BB would mount the TV on the bracket. No, that requires the next level of service. They advised me upon delivery and I paid the extra at that time. I was happy to do it versus struggling to lift and align the 75" box. My back and my wife would have been very upset. These guys were professional, polite, and did not rush through it. Considering other services you might purchase in your daily life, it was an excellent value. Do it.
