We love the geek squad, they are very good at what they do and polite when coming to our home. W asked so many questions and they answered them all. went over everything with us, this is one reason that we also go to Best Buy.

I expected them to be here earlier since I made the appointment 3 weeks prior but once they got here they worked very quickly and efficiently.

I'm very pleased with the way in which the two service technicians installed my TV and soundbar, and they fully explained how to best use the features of my new TV. I'm happy I made my purchase at Best Buy because of the knowledge of the staff member who helped me make my selection.

Agents helped to get Fire stick to work. I had tried several times and they showed me what they did. It even took them longer than they thought with the age of my tv but they took care of it and I had streaming in minutes.

The guys were great overall. But at first the first guy told me he didnt have the optical cord on his truck but the second guy came and he did. They did get the cord through a tedious wall fische nicely. 5 stars on that end. They were great overall but were more in a hurry to leave. The last guy in January stayed until we had all things working. I had to figure out the Soundbar low audio after they left.

I purchased a 55" TV for my Dad. Being that time is precious, I had the Geek Squad deliver the TV and install it. Unfortunately the cable company did not come out on the scheduled day, yet that did not prevent the Geek Squad from going above and beyond. My dad shared that he was going to get a 2nd TV in the future, so they installed a splitter so he is ready to go when that time comes.

Both members of Geek Squad were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Everything went exactly as I was promised. The tech kept me informed of the delivery progress. He was there at the designated time. Installation and set up were done as I wanted. Good value and simple to navigate. Turns on, turns on, shows picture, good sound. Added the last because I needed 50 words. Like grade school

It was not the Geek Squad who set it up, but they hooked it up just have to turn set top box on then the remote.

They were knowledgeable about set up. The batteries in new remote were dead. Great that I had AA batteries. The main tech was very sharp, but seemed in a hurry to leave. He didn’t seem to want to disconnect all of sound system. Maybe not part of set up. He didn’t have needed tool to remove a cable from wall. Guess not his job and, I’m single female, so not willing to do myself. Guys very pleasant and punctual. I received much help from BB in selecting TV Fletcher and Ohanian.

Excellent, knowledgeable, kind service. Very patient with us.

Bestbuy or Geek sent out 2 Men to set up my tv and stand and they hooked up my wii and blue ray but they told me the tv could not be set for a sound bar. They we,re at my house about 2 hours and charged me 199.00 for all the service they did. I looked at the tv and finally got the book out to see if I could hook up my sound bar I had on the old tv I worked on it for about 45 mins after pulling the tv and cabinet from the wall and installed the sound bar myself. I would not recommend the 2 men that came but they we,re nice.
