TV Connect and Setup 55" TV was worth the money. Tech answered questions and had the TV set up in 20 minutes. The Geek Squad is pricey but if you buy a product and have purchase the Geek Squad you can set up a date for delivery and connection during your purchase

The installation of our new 65 inch Samsung was quick and easy

They put on the bracket, set it on my stand, plugged it in, put on the internet cable and my cable for my fire stick. They screwed on a cable they must thought was for a cable box which there is none. They turned it on and showed me my fire stick works. A quick tutorial of the remote and left. Too much money for what I got. If it would have fit in my car I would have done it myself.

Showed up on time, set up TV including the new "Smart" features and answered all my questions.

Excellent delivery and set-up of our new TV. Jason was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with. He dealt with hauling away a really old, heavy TV and what seemed to be a complex disconnect and set-up. He arrived on time and worked quickly, following Best Buy’s Covid protocols.

The 2 installers were on time, friendly, courteous and very helpful. Took down the old TV and wall mount, helped to put the stand back on the old TV. They made suggestions and a real effort to make sure I got what was best for me. They cleaned up and did a thorough review of how the TV and setup all worked.. I HIGHLY recommend the Geek Squad/ Joel & Eric were terrific.

Brought my new tv, made sure it worked, and took the old one away. The physical size of the 85" tv makes it impossible for one person (me) to handle the job. Good guys.
