Had the TV 3 weeks. So far it’s great. Beautiful picture and sound

My TV was installed and set up. He also gave me instructions on use of my remote control. I was very happy with everything he did for me.

Actually got here early! Everything setup and working smoothly. No problems.

They came out in a timely manner and they were very professional.

The agents installed my TV’s and connected all my devices. They were very courteous, friendly and cleaned everything up when they were done.

They were very responsible and punctual, did a great job installing everything as it was expected, took care of the trash. They stay after the installation to explain everything they did but also did that before and responded all my questions, they also provided smart advice about the devices installed. The were courteous and really nice, we are really happy with the work done.

Will definitely use Best Buy for all my major appliance purchases.

I didn't need to do anything. Two men brought TV and Stand to the house, set up the tv stand, and then set up the TV. They did so without any reason to be concerned.

On time. Polite and neat and knowledgeable. Perfect couldn't ask for more.

Service was quick and efficient. Guys were knowledgeable and helpful and had things up and running quickly. Still wish the sound and picture were in sync all the time. Would make for a much easier watch.

The Agent took the television out of the box, attached the stand, and connected it to whatever was necessary to make it work.

The geek squad professional Oscar Hermina-Tosado installed the TV and attached all the attachments. He was excellent, courteous, and professional. He explained the features of the TV and answered all my questions.

Kyle was very professional and courteous. He knew exactly what needed to be done.

I’m not tech savvy. My “Geek” was funny & explained everything about my TV & DVD player. He showed me how to use everything and incredibly I didn’t feel overwhelmed with information. I’m not good at reading manuals. Totally worth it to have him come bring everything here, set it up, & show me how to use the remotes, & I think the microphone to change channels is so cool!

Got the hook up and I'm satisfied with the way my 3 Sony Systems works

Our guy was good, however, we were mislead with regard to what he was able to do. We assumed he would put our new tv back to service as it was prior. He did - but explained that the service did not include such and basically only included the set up of the tv and plugging it in and not getting your other devices connected back to it as well.

Showed up on time. Setup the TV and sound bar in about an hour and a half. Connected Dish, sound bar plus a blu ray disc player and got everything going.
