I am very happy with the Geek Squad....if you are buying products and want to maximize enjoyment and functionality, and minimize feeling like you don't know what you are doing (because I didn't know what I was doing) use these guys. Just from my brief time with them, I was able to reinstall the system on a new TV with no problem. Not only did they do a good job, they taught me how to do it!

I wanted to accent the great job the installers did on my TV; their friendliness competency and professionalism was great. However, while the amount for the service is probably appropriate for a large scale install, a two tiered scale should be used for the smaller install job. The cost was too much for my small install

There was a miscommunication in what was needed. Our internet service wasn’t addressed and therefore one of our computers that isn’t WiFi has no connection. The technician didn’t even ask about our internet service. So we had schedule another appointment to address the internet issue.

Worth the money if it's not messed up. Frustrating it is so expensive.

Geek Squad took my 43" TV and installed the 50" TV and new DVD player. They answered all my questions and I went that afternoon and got a new cable box which really improved all the available features Also, I was not charged additional for the exchange and new TV setup.
