Absolutely awesome TV. However, I'm less than impressed with the Geek Squad's ability to get the picture and sound to sync properly. Is it the TV? The new Sound Bar? Who knows? We've had them out twice now and it still isn't resolved! There's nothing like spending 6 Grand on a new system and having to watch the lips of people move a half second behind the audio. Thanks for nothing, Best Buy.

The Geek Squad associates did their job well beyond my expectations. I was expecting a 2" gap between the TV and the wall. After listening to their suggestions, we changed course, and using their suggestions, the gap virtually disappeared. They took their time, communicated their plan, and satisfied us 150%.

Geek Squad wasn't allowed to come due to cov19 BUT John, a customer service agent in the University Parkway store in Sarasota Florida, made up for it! He walked me through all questions, installation instructions and everything I needed for my TV and the tablet I purchased. He is truly a great asset to your company.

The agents came in, put the TV together and were wanting to leave really quickly. It was a 3rd party company and I had to ask them to show me how to connect it to my wifi. They wanted to do the bare minimum and leave. I would recommend geek squad services to friends and tell them to try to avoid 3rd party services.

Every time these guys come out to our house "there's always Somethin'" they ask how we'd like fixed beyond the primary reason for the call. They know their products, they know our equipment, they are professional trouble-shooters, and always fix our problem. In short, they've always do a fantastic job, and are a pleasure to have in our home-definitely worth every penny of $99
