They did an easy install and took away old TV. Everything went well but they were a little rushed.

They do all the work and you get to enjoy a beautiful setup.

Well worth the cost. Trent was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I would have fumbled thru the set up and felt frustrated since I am not tech savvy. He also demonstrated the TV’s features and made it simple so that I could use it right away. Very happy I let Best Buy do all the set up.

I had BB deliver and setup my tv. It sits on a tv stand and took about 20 minutes total. The 2 guys were great! It was hard to schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule and if I wanted a Saturday I would have had to wait a month. I would highly recommend.

We were very happy to have our TV delivered and set up. We had arranged for two techs to haul away our only semi-liftable old CRT TV. The installation of the new TV was very smooth and the demonstration of features was a great help.

TV Connect and Setup 55" TV was worth the money. Tech answered questions and had the TV set up in 20 minutes. The Geek Squad is pricey but if you buy a product and have purchase the Geek Squad you can set up a date for delivery and connection during your purchase

Geek squad did an excellent job mounting my tv outside on my back patio.

The agent very successfully removed the old TV and installed the new one. Helped with set up of streaming services and connection to cable. Very pleasant person.

I had 2 geek squad guys set up the TV, sound bar and woofer. Thank you, Marcus! But … really only one of them I can say was so very helpful and the other one stayed in my house no more than 10 minutes and then stepped outside I guess to plan his next stop. They didn't set the TV to my TV/cable provider and so I had to call his manager and he called another tech that was in my area and he was here within 15 minutes and he fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. This is an expensive service!
