Jaycell and Leonard did an excellent job installing and setting up my new TV. Their prior appointment caused them to run late for my appointment, but they still came by and stayed late to complete the set up. I am very pleased with their work.

I was not happy with the installation price . They did not connect my dvd player. That was the reason, I requested installation. Certainly connecting the cable box to set ANYONE, including me, could do it. I did it in July when I bought the 32"Samsung from Best buy. I won't get burned again for installation. At least they came in with masks, that were on properly . They also informed me of the store policy for Covid.

The agents installed my TV to all of CB my devices. They were very efficient and professional.,It took almost no time at all. Very quick.

2 men came out to install our t.v. Nice, Smart, Caring, Professional. Did everything they could to help us find something to put the t.v. on to no avail. Told it can go on the floor. These gentleman said no way. Sound is muffled. DUH!

This player is great. It is easy to operate and does what I bought it for.

What a great experience! They came in with our new TV, unwrapped it and carried it up a flight of stairs. They set it up and showed us the basics of operation, left with all the packaging so no clean up or disposal for us! Quick and easy. Love this service!

The techs called before arrival and were on time in the window I was given. They both wore masks and shoe covers. Very professional and polite. They unpacked the tv and took the box and packing material with them on departure. Very pleased with the service!

The agents connected the new tv with all my other devices. They even "cleaned up" the older wiring and made it a lot easier to trace a the cable wire and the other connection cables to the other devices.
