Very professional, answered all questions, fast and efficient with setup.

Excellent delivery and set-up of our new TV. Jason was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with. He dealt with hauling away a really old, heavy TV and what seemed to be a complex disconnect and set-up. He arrived on time and worked quickly, following Best Buy’s Covid protocols.

It took 3 weeks to get tv installed.our install was farmed out another group they wanted to install on Memorial Day between 7am and 7 pm so we talked to someone in Panama to get it installed the following week between 12 and 3, we waited till 7 pm nobody showed, talked to store manager to get Geek squad to install. Finally 10 days later the install happened, charged $199 and sold me an additional $53 for two cables, but no follow up. My family helped with questions I had. I was supposed be compensated for all this Never Happened

The Geek Squad did a great job at installing our wall mount TV stand and getting our new Smart TV programmed! We had it installed on our fireplace and they were very considerate to make us aware that a mantle would be needed if we were to build a fire so as to protect our TV. They also installed a sleeve so as to hide the wires from the TV down to our outlet. Very pleased with the installation.

Agents did a very efficient and good job. For the larger TV's I would recommend the service.

We could not be more pleased with the man from the Geek Squad who came to deliver and hook up our new 55" Samsung TV. He didn't mind answering our many questions. He was fast and efficient, polite and well-mannered. I highly recommend the Geek Squad to insure your hookup is done correctly. I could tell he knew exactly what needed to be done as he progressed through the process.

Setup was very smooth. Setup was done in a timely manner.

The guys took my old tv and hooked up my new one with my existing devices with no issues. My WIFI that day was really slow but they were very patient and took time afterwards to go through the setup and usage. I highly recommend the Geek Squad!!
