Andrew and the other gentleman were outstanding, They were on time. very nice young men. made me feel like a valued customer. which is rare in today world. They programed the tv for me. The service was first class. thank you geek squad , you are the best.

The agents when above and beyond, I was request TV for table top but item was to large Tech had an additional wall mount on their truck, Wow what a difference.

Love the space we have in this refrigerator compared to our last fridge. We buy all our appliances from Best Buy and will definitely keep buying from them. Love how the geek squad is so attentive and very friendly

The agent took down 42’ wall mounted TV and replaced it with new OLED 52’ TV. The old TV was wall mounted inside cabinet with very close tolerances. To remove it you have to angle it and pull it out until you are pasted the doors and then straighten it out. It works perfectly, only the Geek Squad could have done it correctly first time.

Eric was both efficient and helpful. He answered various questions for me. He explained how the new set was different from my old one. Both accommodating and pleasant. That is so hard to find these days!

The agents removed my old tv from the stand, installed and setup the new tv. They connected to the internet, setup on my all in one remote. They were extremely punctual, professional, courteous and very respectful of our property.

My purchased tv was connected in a quick manner. The technician was very friendly and answered any question I threw at him. I set up the tv myself and could not connect it. So to have someone come and connect fairly quick was wonderful. I tried to google how to connect but am not at all tech savvy.

The Geek Squad rates a 10+ from us. They arrived on time, set up everything to our satisfaction, explained what they were doing along the way, made sure we knew how to operate each thing. They went back over each thing again just to make sure we understood and then patiently waited as we operated everything. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless.

They accomplished the setup of the TV and programing of the remote quickly and efficiently. Since the installation I had an occasion to contact them about an issue with the TV. They solved that issue quickly and efficiently as well.
