The agents brought in the new TV & took away the old one, then worked to set it up and answered all my questions about devices and my broadband options coming to my area. They explained the new visual clarity I could expect and were very helpful as I am not very tech savvy.

The installation of our new 65 inch Samsung was quick and easy

The agent was on time and quickly had the TV mounted to the wall where my old one was and then explained everything. I wish the sound bar arrived at the same time but he went through exactly where to plug it in and all is well.

The agents installed my new TV assuring that my cable and Blu-Ray worked properly. They also installed my old TV that was moved to another room assuring that it was properly installed to cable and the DVD player. They also explained all of the functions of the new TV as well as programming the cable remote.

Purchased new TV, DVD player, and do sound system to replace old tv in den. Problem with streaming. Geek Squad came tested everything and indicated a new more powerful router was needed. David installed everything quickly and came back when one printer wasn’t working. Always have been happy with Geek Squad.
