The Geek Guy was excellent, very professional, and was very courteous. I am very satisfied with Geek Squad.

Showed up on time. Setup the TV and sound bar in about an hour and a half. Connected Dish, sound bar plus a blu ray disc player and got everything going.

Geek Squad is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I expected them to be here earlier since I made the appointment 3 weeks prior but once they got here they worked very quickly and efficiently.

They guys were quick, considerate, and friendly. My only disappointment was that they laid my new 75" TV screen down when they were assembling the stand. When they picked it up, you could see the panel bending significantly. The packaging is designed so you can assemble the TV without laying it flat (and I'm surprised they weren't aware of that)

I can’t remember the reps name but he has been to our place before and he is excellent! He set the tv up, programmed our remotes and showed us how everything works. He has a great attitude and stayed until we were comfortable with the operation of the tv. I highly recommend Best Buy and the services of the Geek Squad.

The agents mounted our 65" TV .. so far so good! We didn't need the wide surge protector, we had the TV mounted above has fire ace, si the ledge is where the sound bar & surge protector lie. I wished we had gotten a single surge protector and wished there agents had suggested that. Other than that, the mounting seems to be good!

Best Buy's renown Geek Squad delivered, installed, setup and hauled away 2 new and then the 2 old TV's for us. Including carrying the 77-inch HDTV upstairs for us. Wonderful team, safety PPE, professional, fast and friendly. These guys did not let us down and will not let you down either!

Arrived as scheduled and communicated. Dealt with our existing setup and made things right including moving existing TV to another room and taking away a third TV. Very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and affable.

My only gripe is the sound bar is not straight other than that I am satisfied with the overall installation. The guys were quick, knowledgeable and professional.

Wesley and his partner did a first rate job. they set up the new TV, a sound bar and a new WIFI router. Made sure all items worked correctly and helped me understand these items thanks for a great professional job
