The agents were very professional and knowledgeable. When I asked about a wall mounting of the TV instead of the agreed upon surface mounting, they agreed and happened to have the equipment available. This only took an extra 30 minutes to add it and complete the installation.

Purchased a new TV from Best Buy and the Geek Squad came to hook it up. Tech was friendly, respectful, and helpful. Installation was top notch. Would hire them again in the future.

Samsung soundbar used TV Connect to connect to Samsung TV. Made it very easy. Geek Squad installed, could have done myself it was so easy.

They made suggestions and a real effort to make sure I got what was best for me. They cleaned up and did a thorough review of how the TV and setup all worked.. Installed in about thirty minutes by Geek Squad. Very easy to opperate.

Didn't put it on the wall but the techs did a great job installing it and going through all the features. On this set with the Art mode it was nice seeing how to work it rather than trial and error getting it to work. Highly recommend.
