The geek squad came to my house and installed the stand on my 65" tv and installed my roku . They also updated both products and waited to see if everything was working perfectly. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Best decision to have them come

They were on time, knowledgeable and hooked up my set up without issue.

Once again the salesperson had not included everything on the work order. The installer immediately got on the phone, got permission to do the entire job...and got busy. Further, as I'm not very tech-savvy, he spent the necessary time to teach me the basics of using my new system. He was great!

Joel not only set up all my equipment but the entire area was kept clean while he worked. He was patient in explaining how to use all my new tools and made sure I could operate them before he left. He even called me to make sure I was comfortable with using everything and if I had any questions. Great guy and conscientious in everything he did!

All the new works were connected successfully except activating the apps. Problem was said to be with Xfinity router. Was unable to reconnect my old receiver/amplifier and related components. That was disappointing.

Geek Squad called ahead to let me know they were running a little behind but still made it within the appointment window. The delivery and install went smoothly and the I was instructed on using the remote without a problem. Very pleased with the service and Roku TV!

I thought about setting up my new TV myself but frankly, I'm retired and I just didn't want the hassel. The Geek Squad comes in, they're friendly, they hook everything up all nice and neat, and then they explain everything so it's nice and easy to operate. Sign me up.
