I had two different Techs come over. Both were knowledgeable and did not leave the house till I knew how to run the TV.

The agents installed my tv and stand most of the time was taken installing the stand. TV installation and setup was the easiest part. The one negative part about the whole process was that it was a very rainy day when they delivered and neither agent had slip covers for their shoes. Luckily they didn't make that much of a mess on my floors but Best Buy really needs to give their people things to avoid making a mess in the homes they deliver to.

I purchased this setup service for my 75 year old min for a 75” tv I had delivered to her. The technicians were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this service for anyone that doesn’t want to do it or not capable of setting something large and heavy up.

The gentleman that came out to set up my new TV was very nice, professional and knowledgeable.

I had the Geek Squad do all the setup for new system - 55" Sony 900E, sound bar with woofer, blu-ray player, network cables, new modem and new surge protector. They answered all my questions on site to my satisfaction. When I had some issues (that were the result of my Internet provider not doing their job correctly), they helped me diagnose the issue over the phone.

They guys were quick, considerate, and friendly. My only disappointment was that they laid my new 75" TV screen down when they were assembling the stand. When they picked it up, you could see the panel bending significantly. The packaging is designed so you can assemble the TV without laying it flat (and I'm surprised they weren't aware of that)

This is my first LG product, as was my last TV, a Toshiba. I hope the LG is better as it could not be worse. The Geek Squad tech that set up my TV was excellent, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, some of which may have seemed something anyone should have known.

This mount was easily installed by the Geek Squad and works great.

The tech team from Best Buy mounted my new 75 in LG TV perfectly. They came right on time and worked fast. They hooked up everything and explained all the important stuff before leaving. Very friendly and courteous tech team.

Great Service! However, the TV stand that GS assembled was found a little damaged on a corner. I wonder if it be replaced. TV is fine so far! Brij Mohan

Great Job in assembly and set up of TV Furniture and 2 Large TV's with Stands. Team of 2 Technicians was outstanding in all areas. Both TV were programmed and tested upon completion. I even got a Tour of TV's capabilities. Great Job.
