The agent set up my tv. I need to get more work done.

Staff set everything up and were professional I would recommend

I was very thankful that the Geek Squad set this up as my mantle was very tight and they had to use screws in the mantle to hold the whole thing together.

The two gentlemen that came to set up our tv were fantastic

Service was great for two reasons. One, TV would fit in my car and two, I could lift/move it around safely.

Aaron and William of the Geek Squad, connected all of our devices, including relocating the speakers and adding the subwoofer, to the receiver and organized the devices in our cabinet. They were efficient, courteous, professional, and pleasant. We can't praise them enough! They were great!!

We chose an LG Oled 65” from Best Buy which was too big and too heavy for us so Geek Squad installed it in , quite literally, a heartbeat and we are thrilled with it! Couldn’t be happier !!!!!

Geek squad was quick and efficient. Explained how to work tv and made recommendations.

The agents installed and mounted my tv's and soundbar. Also they had to troubleshoot connecting the soundbar to tv. But they didn't quit or give up. They stayed until the problem was fixed. That's what i call dedication. Thank you.

Guys were very efficient in delivering and setting up the tv. They removed old tv, too. No mess left - they took away all packing.

Sky and Tom were great. Came in, mounted wall bracket, installed tv and even had an audio adapter that I didn't realize I needed for some old headphones. They cleaned up and were gone in no time! Very efficient. I've used Geek squad for all my tv installations and every time...flawless.

It's a definite step up from my original Apple TV which quit after about three years. The remote is tiny, simple and amazing. Scrolling is simple and the touch pad is accurate. This product makes it easy to resume viewing a show or series if there is a break because you step away from the TV. That's the biggest improvement from the old model. It's good stuff.

The Geek Squad did a great job of setting up our tv. They arrived on time, were very pleasant, and went right to work. After they installed our new tv on the existing stand, they took time to set up the remote and explained to my husband how to use it. We were very pleased with the services provided to us by the Geek Squad.
