We bought the 5 year Geek Squad plan for our new TV. Geek Squad came to our home and installed our new 55" Tv. Three Geek squad members one in training. They were very knowledgeable of the product we bought and they answered every question. They were very helpful. Would highly recommend Best Buy geek Squad. Thanks Best Buy for great service.

My technician was great. He went above and beyond what we expected.

The agents were wonderful, very nice and polite and quick workers. They answered my questions and went about their work. I still have some questions, but I was a little overwhelmed with all of the information. I will get it worked out!

The agent, 3rd party vendor, arrived on time. Took out old tv and finished installing new tv in 15 minutes max. Not interested in chit chat. I asked to make sure when I turned on tv, I could use my xfinity remote and it would start to xfinity home page, just like my old. Hmmmm. He has the tv on and said it was all set with xfinity remote. When he left and I turned tv off, and then powered on with the xfinity remote, it went to the LG home page. UGH. I had to figure out the HGML button on the xfinity remote to get my home page. GRRRRR. Still trying to sync it up to the xfinity remote. May call Geek squad to help me do this. Frustrating. And I had specifically requested a Geek Squad staff to install. More GRRRR.

The set up time was short and easy. Then showed me how to use it all.

I needed some help with getting TV into broadcast mode. This is my first digital TV and I do get lost sometimes but I had help with the broadcast issue and with the remote.

For those who do not need the stress of installing new devices, The Geek Squad is a "must" unless you want to spend hours trying to set-up a new device and end up still having to call in a professional. I highly recommend The Geek Squad. They are polite, efficient and know exactly what they are doing. Thank you, Best Buy, for offering this service

They showed up on time. They were friendly. They quickly setup the new TV and hauled away the old TV and the packing materials from the new TV. Whole thing took about 40 minutes. A good experience.

The agents installed and mounted my tv's and soundbar. Also they had to troubleshoot connecting the soundbar to tv. But they didn't quit or give up. They stayed until the problem was fixed. That's what i call dedication. Thank you.
