First TV did not work properly and it was replaced. Upon installation of the second TV the cable buttons were not checked because the TV picture was distorted. The picture was too wide for the TV. I got information from my computer (not the TV booklet) to remedy the problem and TV has been fine since. TV has a better picture and is not distorted. Geek installer should have picked up on this, when he was here..

The two employees were professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They wore a face mask & shoe covers. They set up my tv quickly & showed me how to use it. I was very impressed with the service. They were very professional.

This is a frustrating to use tv. I have contacted LG several times. Best Buy set it up but didn't go the whole way. I'm sure of it. The screen opens to The LG screen with all the sreening aps. I have tried unsuccessfully to set it to open to a local Dish channel. No luck at all. I hate this set to be honest.

Excellent group of best buy employees who assisted me with the audio / visual nuances for my new TV. The surround sound system and even recommended a new Apple TV to add which I have thoroughly enjoyed. It was an exceptional group with polite attitudes and helpful and comforting spirits.

The agent unboxed the TV and connected it to the cable box. No further instruction was given, and the remote was a complete mystery for several days as we gradually learned how it functioned, thanks to YouTube

Was very impressed with the two men that set up my large 75" TV. They hooked everything up, explained some questions that I had, removed all the boxes and put them away for me as I wanted to keep them, no mess no fuss-just an extremely professional job.

We had the Geek Squad set up a completely new entertainment system and transfer the existing system to the fitness room. Very professional and patient throughout the entire process. They ensured that everything worked, and walked you through the finished system so that you understood how everything worked. Super value and no frustration for me.

Had a young man who installed the TV in a very short time. Was answering all my questions professionally. Very respectful and friendly, not seeming in a hurry like so many techs I had before from other companies.. Kind of expensive but really worth the experience.
