The Geek Squad set it up and had it working. They had to come back to show us how to get streaming. very helpful and patient. I made sure I took notes to help me remember what to do.

Had a new smart 4K TV delivery and install, the tech was absolutely great, the next day the TV started to randomly malfunction, he came back a second time to install new software and updates, that didn't work. He spoke with the store manager and organized a replacement without any prompting, came back a third time and set up the replacement TV, which works perfectly.

The agents were polite, showed up on time and connected my new TV to all devices and made sure it worked properly. Had a quick overview of the system. They left me to install a wireless subwoofer which I'm still having problems with.
