Very pleased with the Geek Squad and we're enjoying the new TV. It us a little challenging to teach a very senior citizen how to navigate the features.

Agent was very patient and thorough about explaining things and answering questions. Clear explanations, clear answers. Great service!

Just cannot say enough good about these "techy" folks! They installed and set up our new "smart" television and took the time to explain its capabilities. They tailored the training session based on what we watch and how we will use the device. GREAT SERVICE!!

The guys made sure that the picture was the way I liked it. I don't like the "soap opera effect", the cold look that looks like old videotape that the current tvs have. It's great for sport and action but awful for drama. Luis tweaked a bunch of things to get the picture quality that I preferred. So grateful. Plus, hid all the cords:)

(service provided by technician under contract with Best Buy, not by Geek Squad) Technician was efficient and provided additional tips for operation. He was overbooked so instead of early AM install, it was early evening. He kept me apprised of timing.

They set up my new 65" Sony Bravia oled. Explained all the new gadgets that came with it and left with me having no questions to ask. Best picture ive ever seen. They were very nice, and funny too. Great service. I've been using them since it was introduced.

Geek squad serviceman was friendly and very knowledgeable about set-up,settings etc. for this TV

This was the greatest. The guys arrived promptly and got the moving and setup easily. They were super knowledgeable about the setup going as far as making sure all services and connections were set including things on my existing devices that made a huge difference. Fantastic Job!!

Geek Squad installer took his time to demonstrate, explain and make sure that I understood to much more complex He took his time to demonstrate, explain and make sure that I understood the much more complex TV than my former one. I had a call back the next day to make ask if I had any questions, etc. tv

Not happy I had to pay to have my old TV removed. I was told that was free! I love the TV. I loved how Andre set my TV up He was very nice and very knowledgeable. I have $85 credit on my Best Buy credit card why didn’t that pay for my TV removal?

The agent from Best Buy connected our TV’s to a new digital antenna that was mounted on a pole outside. He did a wonderful job and checked the channel reception thoroughly. We got the max channels for our area. Thanks

Dustin Bouschet installed our 'LG - 65" Class - (64.5" Diag.) - OLED - Curved - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV", using a "Sanus - Premium Series Full-Motion TV Wall Mount for Most 42 - 90 Flat-Panel TVs". He did all of the work efficiently an quickly. He left the work area clean and it good order. We are very happy with his work and recommend him.
