The agent who came to set up my TV was fantastic. Very patient with getting it all set up and explaining how to access the features of the TV.

I can’t remember the reps name but he has been to our place before and he is excellent! He set the tv up, programmed our remotes and showed us how everything works. He has a great attitude and stayed until we were comfortable with the operation of the tv. I highly recommend Best Buy and the services of the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad arrived took down my old TV and asked where I had the new one. I said I thought they brought it. They departed. TV arrived later in the day by delivery service. Disconnect was between Best Buy delivery service and connection crew. A day or so later Geek Squad returned bt they advised that they were only there to connect the wires. A different crew was to hang the TV. First I had heard of two different crews. They said that they knew how to hang it but truck did not have a kit to do so. Apparently it boiled down to the correct size bolts for the back of the TV. Geek Squads were friendly and cooperative. The final visit hooked up the TV and showed me a screen for an order number from DIRECTV. I called DIRECTV filled in the order number and still no DIRECTV. Sent message to LG support. They asked for a photo of the screen which I sent. Then silence. Pinged them twice more but no response. Called DIRECTV who worked with me on the phone going through the LG TV options but nothing made it work. They are sending out a technician.

Give these guys a raise! They were friendly, knowledgeable, on time, and careful with the TV and my equipment. Connected the new TV to my existing equipment, helped me get a feel for the remote, and even had helpful suggestions for the optimal settings on my new TV!

The geek squad knew exactly what they were doing they asked appropriate questions to set the parameters to my desires. They made sure I had no further questions before they left. They did a complete installation and adjustments in 5 minutes. Top-notch.

The agent from Best Buy connected our TV’s to a new digital antenna that was mounted on a pole outside. He did a wonderful job and checked the channel reception thoroughly. We got the max channels for our area. Thanks
