Mike from the geek Squad was very knowledgeable and physically capable of providing the services we needed. He was able to not only able to set up our Television, he was able to answer all of our questions. He was a pleasure to work with, very respectful and concerned for our well being and safety.

The guys that came out to install my new tv were awesome. They took the time to set up my tv just the way I wanted it and made sure I understood everything I needed to know before they completed my install. I would highly recommend letting Geed Squad install any new device purchased.

The agents mounted our 65" TV .. so far so good! We didn't need the wide surge protector, we had the TV mounted above has fire ace, si the ledge is where the sound bar & surge protector lie. I wished we had gotten a single surge protector and wished there agents had suggested that. Other than that, the mounting seems to be good!

The installation team was prompt and professional.

Aaron and William of the Geek Squad, connected all of our devices, including relocating the speakers and adding the subwoofer, to the receiver and organized the devices in our cabinet. They were efficient, courteous, professional, and pleasant. We can't praise them enough! They were great!!

This is my 2nd review for the TV I purchased in July. The technician was great and setup was easy. I would purchase the LG TV again as I am very happy with this one.

The BB agents were fantastic. Did the work with minimal interruptions. Wore their inside shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves. Also did a great job explaining their work and how we control the devices with the new connectivity!

Sky and Tom were great. Came in, mounted wall bracket, installed tv and even had an audio adapter that I didn't realize I needed for some old headphones. They cleaned up and were gone in no time! Very efficient. I've used Geek squad for all my tv installations and every time...flawless.

The technician arrived on time and completed the install in under one hour.

My delivery & installation went smooth as silk. I definitely recommed going with Geek Squad when given the option of Geek Squad or a third party. The agent was knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Most importantly, the agent showed up earlier than expected!

The 2 people that came to set up my tv were amazing. Very friendly and made sure to keep their work area neat and clean the whole time. Very happy with them.

Geek Squad delivered & set-up our new 77" TV. Very pleased with the set-up. My husband told them he would load all the programs, etc. but they said would. He was soooo happy they insisted, lol.

The agent was very friendly and professional. The tv was mounted and hooked up quickly and efficiently. The agent explained how to use the remote .

The GS installer was prompt, personable, and got the TV up and running quickly. He answered nearly all of our questions accurately and with the sense that he knew what he was talking about. He was honest about the limitations of a TV of this size that is also not "smart." The latter status can be changed down the line.

The agent was great. The TV he installed did not have a port I needed, but he suggested a work around. Haulted out the old TV with some effort, something I could not have done. He was personable, and he was very knowledgeable.
