The professionals that set up my tv were very quick, efficient, friendly and cleaned up well after themselves. They answered all my questions and stayed until I was comfortable with its operation.

The Geek Squad showed up within the window (but hey, 12-8 is a really long window). They did the job correctly and efficiently and they were polite. My only issue is with the Customer Service group, as I was returning a TV, and my refund did not post for almost two weeks. I was practically screaming into the phone to get them to listen to me. That should not have happened.

The men were knowledgeable, on time,quick and cleaned up.

The agents set up my new Samsung TV and helped me connect it to all my devices. They were extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to upgrade their video experience.

Had a problem with initial order due to 3rd party delivery service that never showed up and installer who came with nothing to install. However, when I contacted customer service they issued me a credit and delivery was fine the second time. But installer was give incorrect info on the install but after call he did the install the correct way and in a very professional manner.

They cane a set up tv. Basically turned it on. Only spent time to explain things based on my questions on how to use it. Told me they were short on manuals on how to use the tv remote. The best part is they took it out of the box and connected it on stand. Overall poor service; otherwise. They seemed rushed to get to their next location ???

Frank and Jason are the best. They spent the time to setup and review our purchases. They were polite, professional and knowledgable. They made an old guy , with no tech savvy, feel comfortable in the questions I had and treated my home, my wife and me with respect.

When my Geek Squad guy opened the TV the screen was cracked. He said not to worry he would get another. He drove over 2 hours to get the replacement. Then he made sure I knew everything about my new TV and how to operate it and get the best sound from my existing sound bar. He Was the Best Geek Squad installer I have had to date (and the other guys were very good).

Geek Squad agents setup my TV, BluRays and made all connections quickly. They also established all logins with my various streaming providers and stepped me through the basic functions, answering all questions on how use the new equipment. They provided first rate professional services and left no mess behind.

Delivery was prompt and ahead of schedule. Setup was efficient and professional. All my questions were answered and tehnicians walked me through the features and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. Old tv was taken for recycling, and all packaging materials removed.

The Geek Squad did a great job of setting up our tv. They arrived on time, were very pleasant, and went right to work. After they installed our new tv on the existing stand, they took time to set up the remote and explained to my husband how to use it. We were very pleased with the services provided to us by the Geek Squad.
