(service provided by technician under contract with Best Buy, not by Geek Squad) Technician was efficient and provided additional tips for operation. He was overbooked so instead of early AM install, it was early evening. He kept me apprised of timing.

These young men were so nice. The stairs were difficult to negotiate, but they did an amazing job. They gave me a tutorial on the TV's operations, and answered questions that I had. Very respectful.

Not happy I had to pay to have my old TV removed. I was told that was free! I love the TV. I loved how Andre set my TV up He was very nice and very knowledgeable. I have $85 credit on my Best Buy credit card why didn’t that pay for my TV removal?

The technicians set everything up and walked us through it. They answered our many questions, sometimes more than once, and were very helpful

They set up my new 65" Sony Bravia oled. Explained all the new gadgets that came with it and left with me having no questions to ask. Best picture ive ever seen. They were very nice, and funny too. Great service. I've been using them since it was introduced.

The Tech did a Fantastic and timely repair to mostall the "bugs" in the TV's. HOWEVER I HAVE LOST THE ABILITY TO GO TO NETFLIX ON MY 55" TV SINCE THE LAST FEW TIMES I HAVE TRIED. I NEED TO SECURE A DATE FOR TECH TO RETURN ASAP

Both agents were very professional, arrived on time, did an excellent job, answered all my questions, cleaned up & left in a reasonable time. Both are welcome back any time.

Zach and Nathan set up our tv quickly and professionally. They set up the remotes for the tv and the satellite, answered all my questions. They were excellent representatives for Best Buy and the geek squad! Wonderful customer service, a rare treat in these times!

Just cannot say enough good about these "techy" folks! They installed and set up our new "smart" television and took the time to explain its capabilities. They tailored the training session based on what we watch and how we will use the device. GREAT SERVICE!!

The Geek Squad programmed the Harmony remotes to 4 of our TVs. They were very thorough and explained the functions of the remote along with a hands on demonstration. They answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease with our new remotes. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to my friends and neighbors.

I am a techno-phobe or better yet a techno idiot who has a hard time doing the most fundamental set ups for electronics . So when I bought my new TCL 55" UHD Roku smart tv I didn'y hesitate to have the Geek Squad to install it . They did a fantastic job setting it up and teaching me how to use the controls . I am more than satisfied !

The in home service is great. They will unbox the TV and ensure nothing was broken in transit. If so, there is no questions asked. They will take it back and get you a new one.

It's a definite step up from my original Apple TV which quit after about three years. The remote is tiny, simple and amazing. Scrolling is simple and the touch pad is accurate. This product makes it easy to resume viewing a show or series if there is a break because you step away from the TV. That's the biggest improvement from the old model. It's good stuff.
