Daniel came out to set up our TV and to hook it up to our antenna that we had previously purchased plus other components we had purchased from Best Buy in February. Mike was with him and helped with the setting up of everything. Both were very knowledgeable and professional! I would highly recommend them for anything that needs to be installed or worked on!

Jamie was the installer. He was skilled, informative, and personable, and as such represented the Geek Squad admirably in his own right. He communicated with us prior to the installation, and gave advice on how to enhance our use of the television. He merits full commendation.

The agents did an excellent job hooking up our new LG 55 inch TV. They were quick and had the TV ready for us in a short amount of time.

The Geek Squad was wonderful. They set up my TV and sound bar and made sure I knew how everything worked. They answered all my questions and since I am visually impaired they set some of my programs up for me. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad.

The gentleman that installed the t.v. we’re extremely patient and helpful. My wifi modem had been delivered just a few minutes before they arrived, and were very patient while I got it set up. They explained the operation of the t.v. and were very helpful.

Eric and his assistant delivered and installed my LG 65" Class C1 OLED TV. Eric explained and adjusted the TV, spent time explaining its capabilities, and provided valuable tips and recommendations. He's the best.

Geek Squad was able to install my 27”television in its special place in the shelving unit by the fireplace without any problems. Thanks:)

Our new television was set up quickly. The guys did a great job!

Great fast professional people. Would only have them to an install.

Geeksquad did the work in this case, not an outside contractor, so the work was well done and quickly. They did break the plastic fasteners on the existing routing wall plate when routing wires, but the loose plate is not noticeable due to its location.

Was having a problem with some of the set up on my new 65” TV, and sound bar...(NOT installed by Best Buy or Geek Squad)...They swooped in like super heroes, and 1,2,3, they fixed the problem and fine tuned everything else...plus gave us a tutorial on a few things. Can’t beat that...they were terrific.

We used the alternate installation service as the Geek Squad would have taken 17 days to install the TV. Kiwi, the technician, was outstanding. He easily installed the TV and taught my wife and I how to use the set. Kiwi was knowledge and came to install the TV one day after its purchase.

Jesse….or Jessie was great. Friendly, easy to talk to when I had questions and was very courteous and respectful in my home.they finished everything promptly and neatly.
