When you use the Geek's for delivery and setup, you get to watch your new TV a lot sooner than if you tried to set it up yourself. When they came to my house, I just showed them where I wanted it and they did everything right. They cleaned everything up and answered all my questions and concerns. IT'S WELL WORTH IT TO USE THE GEEKS !

agents brought in my new Samsung Q7F tv and set it up. they noticed some dead pixels and right away called to have my TV replaced. My Best Buy store ordered a replacement and same 2 agents brought it out and installed it with no problems. Great service

Our Geek Squad guy, Scott, was so nice and knowledgeable. He was quick, safe and installed our new TV with suggestions for future problems we might have. He showed us how to use our remote and Amazon Fire stick and told us how to hook up our DVD player. He was the best I have ever seen.

Went in, spoke with Geek Squad, and hands down this is one of the best services BB provides on top of great cost. The techs were extremely courteous and rocked it. Two TVs are now hung nicely on wall with cables hid and I am very happy with results. More importantly, the wife approves thus worth every penny. Cheers!

The Geek Squad team a great job with the "Connect and Setup" of our new Samsung - 65" Class - LED - Q900 Series - 4320p - Smart - 8K UHD TV with HDR. They went thru the needed setup & adjustments to the TV in a professional & careful manner. They explained the operation & functions of the TV. Great job!

Simple install: setting the TV on a cabinet. Technician made all the required connections, verified that all aspects of the TV worked. Very clear explanations. Prompt, friendly, efficient. Carried away all the packaging.

Both the TV/CD setup and computer setup were efficient.

Delivery was timely and painless. Technicians were swift, efficient, courteous and helpful. They quickly set up the TV and hooked it to the cable and sound bar. Made sure everything worked properly and instructed me on use. Answered questions and cleaned up everything. I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism or their service!

He was very efficient. He came on time and knew what he was doing.

The agent disconnected my old TV and then connected the new TV and made sure it was working properly. He then programmed my old remote because it was the remote I was used to using. He took my old TV away as I had requested. I was very pleased with his work.

Installation was so easy and fast. I just love it.

The geek squad knew exactly what they were doing they asked appropriate questions to set the parameters to my desires. They made sure I had no further questions before they left. They did a complete installation and adjustments in 5 minutes. Top-notch.

The Geek Squad did a nice job bringing in our new 86" TV and moving our existing 82" rear projection TV out to the garage so we could donate it. Once in, they hooked up everything and explained how to work everything. Did a very nice job.
