Geek Squad got my tv, VCR player and sound board connected and programmed and they work well. They made sure I knew how to use it. They made it simple for me.

The young man who delivered and set up our tv was very courteous, efficient and got us up and going in about an hour. He cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased with the whole process.

Right on time and did a great job. These technicians were very knowledgeable. This was a replacement for a 10 year old LG TV that was hooked up to a full surround sound system. They took the time to fully explain all the new features and to make sure I understood how to comfortably use the new controller.

I'm not a savvy techy so help with any set-up is mandatory for me. The techs came out and effortlessly set up my TV and Blue-ray, easily set-up the universal remote and walked me through the features. I appreciated this very much.

I have had it for 8 months and we love it! We use a 4K firestick with no problems and multiple services including streaming Direct TV. Wonderful 4K picture!!

The agents who came to install our television were professional and friendly. They knew what they were doing and made us feel comfortable as they set up and explained how to use the remote. We’re both 81 and not too tech savvy but we could do the things they showed us after they left.
