This was the greatest. The guys arrived promptly and got the moving and setup easily. They were super knowledgeable about the setup going as far as making sure all services and connections were set including things on my existing devices that made a huge difference. Fantastic Job!!

Set up TV with ease and came back when I had questions...good service

I wanted the Geek Squad to set up the TV in case there were any issues with the set or the connections. They were very professional and had me up and running in no time. I took their suggestion to upgrade my connection to the tv from the cable box to HDMI and it vastly improved the quality of the picture. Thanks!

Best Buy Technicians are suppose to come to my homw to see why my new television keeps going out and needs to be reset every two to three days.

Simple install: setting the TV on a cabinet. Technician made all the required connections, verified that all aspects of the TV worked. Very clear explanations. Prompt, friendly, efficient. Carried away all the packaging.

The agent mounted my set and programmed my verizon remote (incorrectly) to turn the set on and off. He claimed that this could not be done with single button control, contrary to the remote's instruction sheet The set performance, however, is Excellent!
