Two men came they explained everything they are going to do ,they were very polite they covered there feet and had mask on at all time's When complete they walked me thru on how to operate everything, they were very helpful.. Thanks Guy's

Geek Squad installer was great. Enjoying this new TV

Geek Squad installer took his time to demonstrate, explain and make sure that I understood to much more complex He took his time to demonstrate, explain and make sure that I understood the much more complex TV than my former one. I had a call back the next day to make ask if I had any questions, etc. tv

The guy got it right the first time and was a very helpful fellow.

I purchased a new model LG 65" TV. Squad came earlier than expected & finished sooner. Tech worked with me to ensure settings were as I desired, and give me tips on adjustments as well. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

GOOD JOB BY THE SQUAD,NOBDY DOES IT BETTER THAN THE GEEK SQUAD

Agent was on-time, attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful in providing me with the information that I needed to get my equipment issues resolved. I contacted Geek Squad because they have been similarly helpful in the past and will do so again the the future.

The guys made sure that the picture was the way I liked it. I don't like the "soap opera effect", the cold look that looks like old videotape that the current tvs have. It's great for sport and action but awful for drama. Luis tweaked a bunch of things to get the picture quality that I preferred. So grateful. Plus, hid all the cords:)

First time I have not set up everything myself and was very pleased with the service. Geek squad guy was very knowledgeable and very fast getting things set up. Gave us a good run through of the sets features. Also gave us good advice on customizing the picture settings.

Geek Squad attached our 77” oled to the stand and set it all up so we could hit the ground running and enjoy it without any set up issues. They were very efficient and courteous and even carried our heavier old tv upstairs so our daughter could come get it.

The Geek Squad did an awesome job in setting up my 65" TV and showing me how to use it.

"JOE" and another young man delivered and installed. Joe let me his number in case I had a question after they left. I had a question and called Joe and he took my called and walked me thru the problem. Great service after the sale.

The Geek Squad did a nice job bringing in our new 86" TV and moving our existing 82" rear projection TV out to the garage so we could donate it. Once in, they hooked up everything and explained how to work everything. Did a very nice job.

Certainly a world-class TV picture. We just took it out of the box and plugged it in!

Jordan communicated well so we were prepared when he arrived. Once he arrived he got right to work and was done in short order. We went over certain differences in tv commands, connected all devises and check their connectivity. Old tv and trash was removed, and I’m a happy camper again.

The agents installed my tv, installed my fire stick and changed settings to connect to new tv. And gave me tip about tv feet kit for futre reference. GREST JOB,.....
