Set up new TV, Instructed on using, removed old tv, on time with appointment

The two Geek Squad agents that came to my home and set up my new TV along with a new router were absolutely the best. Friendly, helpful and anxious to please.

The guys were fantastic! They were on time and took their time. No rush job. They answered every question I had and synched the tv and sound bar purchases to my universal remote so I can control both with one touch.

Robert Thompson completed the installation and programing for the TV and when we mentioned we would need a sound bar he had a great one on the truck and he installed that too. He was patient, respectful of our home by working carefully and made the whole experience a pleasure. Everything works as it should. Great job worth every penny!

Our Geek Squad guy, Scott, was so nice and knowledgeable. He was quick, safe and installed our new TV with suggestions for future problems we might have. He showed us how to use our remote and Amazon Fire stick and told us how to hook up our DVD player. He was the best I have ever seen.
