The first tv didn't work and he had to go back for another one. I would have wasted hours trying to get it to work, he knew it was a bad unit immediately.

They went thru the needed setup & adjustments to the TV in a professional & careful manner. They explained the operation & functions of the TV. Great job!

My Best Buy store ordered a replacement and same 2 agents brought it out and installed it with no problems. Great service

Well worth the $
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went in, spoke with Geek Squad, and hands down this is one of the best services BB provides on top of great cost. The techs were extremely courteous and rocked it. Two TVs are now hung nicely on wall with cables hid and I am very happy with results. More importantly, the wife approves thus worth every penny. Cheers!

THE GEEK WAY !!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When you use the Geek's for delivery and setup, you get to watch your new TV a lot sooner than if you tried to set it up yourself. When they came to my house, I just showed them where I wanted it and they did everything right. They cleaned everything up and answered all my questions and concerns. IT'S WELL WORTH IT TO USE THE GEEKS !
