They did an excellent job. They carried it in and put it on my bare and then set-up everything so it worked proper. Then showed me how to work everything. They set it up for an LG DVD, Mine was broken and I had to go back to Best Buy to buy another one, which was on sale. Now, everything works well!

Installation was so easy and fast. I just love it.

The two Technicians were very knowledgeable and had the new TV set up in a very short period of time. Service was great - so glad I had Best Buy install and remove the old set. It would have taken me hours to set up.

The service has been more useful than expected. When I bought a tv they delivered it, set it up, and were done quickly. They do regular maintenance on my computers, and they have done work for me that would be very costly otherwise.

Wanted a TV that could also play my DVD player. Sales rep sold me a TV with only ONE HDM1 outlet - what did I know? Returned it. After 3 complaints, finally got Geek Squad to come out, add a 2nd HDM1 outlet so I could play DVD's... but it takes more than 30-minutes to get the whole operation up and running EACH MORNING! If it weren't for Geek Squad - I wouldn't be watching at all.

The tech squad was some of the best customer service ive ever had! They were very respectful of our home and our lack of knowledge. Took all the time i needed answered all my questions and never made me feel like the question was dumb

The two men from the Geek Squad came to set my TV and rotar up we’re professional and fast. I was impressed and I know that I would have never been able to do it myself. They cleaned up and took everything away. Totally worth buying Totally Tech.

The two men who installed our TV were courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. They arrived early and so helped move a few items to enable the proper placement of the new TV and helped explain several features with which we were not acquainted.

Delivery was timely and painless. Technicians were swift, efficient, courteous and helpful. They quickly set up the TV and hooked it to the cable and sound bar. Made sure everything worked properly and instructed me on use. Answered questions and cleaned up everything. I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism or their service!
