the geek squad delivered and set up our 65" t.v. My husband is visually impaired and the agent was very helpful in setting up and explaining everything. The agents were very neat and removed all of the packaging after the job was completed. We were very appreciative of their help.

Geek squad service's are a great buy. From someone who knows little about computers, they have come to my aid numerous times and have saved many computers from target practice.

Hooked up my tv’s and stereo to my cable. Showed me how to operate everything

The agents set up my TV and coordinated it with my Comcast service. Everything worked well. However, they did their work quickly without explaining much to me. I thought the $160.00 prepaid charge was a ripoff since they were only at my house for 15 minutes. After they left, I still had questions about how some things worked but there was no one there to ask. I had to spend several hours of my time until I could figure it out. While I did not have the knowledge they had to make things work, I was disappointed in really just being left out of the process. They went as fast as they could and left as soon as they could so they could save time and maximize their profit while ignoring the customer. For this and other reasons I will try to avoid Best Buy in the future. I don’t like being screwed.

THE SET-UP OF MY 65' SONY TV WENT SMOOTH THE TECHS WERE FAST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT IS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY AND THEIR GEEK SQUAD.

Agents were quick,neat,friendly and helpful. I opted for the set up because this was definitely a two person job. Was nervous if I cracked the screen it was be a total loss since that is not covered by warranty. Appeared simple but it’s a heavy piece. I’ve had good fortune with Best Buy delivery.

The technician that delivered and installed the TV was a very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant young man. He answered all my husband’s questions and even gave him some tips and ideas. We are very happy with the services provided by the Geek Squad.
