Geek Squad was great in DELIVERING AND setting up my 65' LG TV. They were on time, brought 2 agents and knew exactly what to do in placing and setting up the new TV.

Geek Squad did not install my tv. A 3rd party vendor did. Didn't know much about connecting hdmi cables, or even where the power supply went. Good thing I know a thing or three. The only reason I took the service was to have my old tv removed, and no way to transport the new tv home.

Excellent and fast customer service from the Geek Squad! They connected my cable and internet service and made certain that everything worked correctly. Since this was my first smart television, they gave me some basic instruction. Great experience!

The team Integrity installed our tv, sound bar and enabled to use one remote. They also hauled off the old tv. Especially during Covid they took extremely good care, wore appropriate PPE. They were efficient and made sure we were comfortable with the unit before they left.

Agent was able to get my app up and running. It did result in my realizing I had bought the wrong TV. I bought a Fire based unit when I should have bought a Roku based unit. Should have asked the agent for help before I bought a unit.

Quick service cleane up and hauled away after completion. Would use again in future.

Can’t really rate them…on July 8 I scheduled this service for July 28. On afternoon of July 27 got a text telling me it was time to schedule the service. I had to go online and find out that “due to unforeseen circumstances” my appointment the next day was cancelled and I had to re-schedule it. Their next available time that was 3 weeks later…I’m hoping they will actually come out and do the job I paid them to do six weeks earlier.

Greek squad did a great job installing our tv. They knew what they were doing, took us through how it worked and answered all of our questions.

My agent Dan was the Best!! He took the time to setup my new TV, 4K player, Sonos sound system, etc. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He tested everything after installation to make sure all compents were setup as I wanted. Geek Squad service is awesome! Thank You

Everything was hooked up properly. The agent was polite and patient with all my questions especially on how to use the remote.

My technician was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. Great in explaining how to operate my equipment and showing me what I needed in order for my equipment to work at its best. I would like to have the same technician for all my setups. He was very respectful and helpful. I couldn't ask for better service.
