Mounted the TV and did the set up quickly. Working great.

The installers were excellent, professional and neat. They brought up my new TV and set it up in no time at all. They removed the broke unit and new TV packaging.

Geek Squad's TV Connect Was A Surreal Tik Toc Challenge; That Nailed The Nail On The Head, The Geek Squad Took Their Expertise To Make The Moment, A Star Studded Technological Up, Up, And Away Surreal Reality .

Geek Squad did not install my tv. A 3rd party vendor did. Didn't know much about connecting hdmi cables, or even where the power supply went. Good thing I know a thing or three. The only reason I took the service was to have my old tv removed, and no way to transport the new tv home.

The guys who set up the tv & sound system were FANTASTIC!

It took a few trips to get the TV mount in a good place - there were wall outlets that needed to be relocated (by others) to accommodate the mount design. Ultimately it worked out but first mount attempt placed the TV lower than the Geek Squad rep. thought it would be so had to work to mount it higher...and then had to repair holes in wallpaper from the first mounting.

Rick and Mason were awesome from Johnstown Pa store. Extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of with TV installation process

Tv replaced on wall mount. I accidentally gave them my old address. And they were cool with driving 20 minutes to the correct address. I really appreciate their determination to get the job done considering i sent them to the wrong place. Thank you guys.

Geek squad service's are a great buy. From someone who knows little about computers, they have come to my aid numerous times and have saved many computers from target practice.

So worth it for the setup! It was great that someone could deliver upstairs and also help set up all the channels and such, as we've always been confused about how to receive broadcast networks with the antenna. Everything is working as it should be.
