The Geek Squad Agent named Jason was friendly and acted in a professional manner. The television set up was quick and he also paired my sound bar. He also removed my old television for recycling.

Installation was a breeze with the wonderful technicians

The agent was like a whirling dervish as he had quite a few installations to do. He set up two TVs and installed a sound bar. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing and how I should use the remote. He was thoroughly professional, competent and speedy.

The Geek Squad delivered and set up the TV. They explained everything and showed me the specifics. Love the TV. The picture is very good, the sound is really great and the size, 65”, is perfect.

Connected my sound bar, tv, and made sure I was able to use everything. They even gave me user tips even though they normally did not work with tvs. Exactly what I had wanted for this installation and more.

There is no way at my age and low tech status I could have disconnected the old monster set, installed the new one and disposed of the old one. The technician was friendly, totally profrssional and knowledgable and when finished with the hook up led me throught tne new remote and apps hook ups on the new smart TV. Thanks, Geek Squad.

We were so happy. To see our installer Chris and his sidekick last weekend. They made such efficient work of setting the new equipment in our new home. They are so knowledgeable and so nice to work with. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Everything works and looks great! What an asset they are to our local Best Buy! Thanks again guys!!!

This wall mount is substantial and does everything you want it to do. The movement up and down, left and right is only about 5 inches, but how much do you have to move and position a big tv on a wall. It does what it is suppose to do. My biggest concern was how sturdy it was and it does it's job well.

The two men were friendly and professional. hooked up the new TV and soundbar and got me signed into all my services (Nexflix, etc.) Could not quite get TV synced to the new soundbar so they called in two home theather people. Also very nice however they also could not get the sound to match the peoples lips 100%. A for effort.

The Geek Squad techs explained as they went about setting up my Roku TV......They answered any questions I had. I will definitely be using them in the future when needed. Sidenote: They wore the masks and gloves which had me feeling comfortable. Thank you Geek Squad!

The service tech arrived on-time and was Covid compliant. He wore shoe coverings as well. The install was fast and he took all the time required to set up the TV and show me how to operate it. He made sure all my questions were answered before he left. Excellent service.
