On time, courteous & observant. The 2 of them did everything that needed to be done PLUS suggestions I loved including.

The Geek Squad were on time, had everything they needed, made sure we understood what they were going to do. It was a very comfortable installation. Once done they walked us through the controls and listened to and answered every question. We greatly appreciated their efforts.

For the money, the quality of picture and sound is great!

The agents mounted our TV quickly and professionally. They also provided comments for securing the TV as they were aware we have small grandchildren who pose special situations or challenges.

Jordan is a true gem -- don't ever let him go. He's polite, kind, professional, extremely competent, efficient and funny. What else is there? He is worth whatever salary he wants, so be sure to pay him so he doesn't leave you!

The squad connected all my devices to my new tv. They were friendly and courteous. It didn’t take them long at all, in and out in no time. They explained the directions on how to use the remote with my cable remote. Again, awesome squad!!

I was kept informed of delivery time every step of the way. They showed up exactly when promised. Quickly set up new TV and removed old set. They had some trouble getting my Mediacom remote to "talk" to the new TV but kept at it until they found the right code. So polite and helpful. Would use them again.

Both techs were very good and answered my questions effectively. They arrived as expected and the set up was smooth. I'm a big fan of the GEEK SQUAD. I've had the TECH SUPPORT service contract for two years now and I recommend it for everyone.

The installers hooked everything up and it seemed to work OK. Later when I turned the system on the TV and sound bar were not in sync. I will need to disconnect the sound bar because it is an LG and the TV is a Samsung. I hope I can get everything synced up and working properly. If not I will need to get help from the Geek Squad or someone else. If it is the Geek Squad I would hope the fix is free.
