What a beautiful picture in my new Samsung 70” !!!!! The picture is perfect. The installers were quick and on time! Thank you Best Buy You can’t get any better than that

Absolutely awesome service from Geek Squad, or Total Tech, from Best Buy. Time to the install was reasonable after I bought the TV in the store. They showed up at the beginning of their time window with text notices of their progress. Moved a TV for me so this one could go where needed. Took away another TV as part of Total Tech too. Install was flawless and fast enough to not take up the whole day but thorough enough to get the TV going well. Sent two men for a 65" TV and the lead man knew everything you could want in a service tech. Informative, helpful and effective. I have 4 TVs with Roku, a device I am not a fan of, but the tech made this one work a little bit better for me to the extent he could. Cleaned up everything. Follow the prep things they ask of you in their texts before they show up. They will appreciate it and it makes everything go that much better. Second time I've used Total Tech for a TV install this year and both were stellar. I have Total Tech from 3/23 and I understand they changed it summer 2023 and some of the things I have now are no longer free. That's a shame as this service was well worth paying for. I would have to look at what was lost to see if I will sign up again, but what I have and paid and received was a value.

Geek Squad Team member was so patient & informative as he downloaded needed apps & instructed me on usage. Answered all of my questions & made sure I could maneuver between live TV & streaming apps successfully.

LG TV picture has crisp edges (no diffuse effects at edges) and vibrant deep colors especially the blacks. The 4k provides beautiful detail where can see clearly individual fallen leaves, for example. Yes, watch good many PBS Nature & Nova presentations where important to see detail and color variations of the flora, fauna, funga, geology, astronomy and other science studies.

Glad I had Best Buy do the installation. They unpacked the tv set it up in and most importantly went through all the setup requirements with the cable company

These 3 guys were great! They knew their stuff and were so friendly. They installed the tv and showed us how to work it. Cleaned everything up. Knowledgeable and professional.

This is my second experience with the Geek Squad and both times the service has been outstanding. The installation was flawless and the explanation on working my setup allows me to use everything with ease and confidence and I am not tech savvy.

This tv has worked great since it was hooked up. The picture is clear and it is easy to operate.

They did an excellent job of mounting the 85 in. TV and connecting my devices including a soundbar. I went against their recommendation to use an HDMI cable to connect the soundbar to the TV. I had been told by personnel at the BestBuy store that the optical cable connection would provide the same functionality as an HDMI connection - THEY WERE WRONG. We ended up with many problems with the soundbar function because we connected it via optical cable (based on information provided at the store). Geek Squad techs actually came back after this bad experience and reconnected and reconfigured everything with an HDMI connection!

It was great to have Geek Squad set up my TV & go over the features. They hooked up my bose also for the sound & DVD player. They were quick & thorough & when theywalked out i was set to enjoy & relax. No stress of setting up a new system. Yay!

Sound is great, picture is great, all the inputs wanted & easy setup and customization. Insignia brand + FireTV is an outstanding combination. And my Best Buy/Geek Squad installer was EXCELLENT. I couldn't be happier!

The person who delivered my Roku and set it up was helpful and patient and made sure I was comfortable with the TV and its abilities before he left.

We were very pleased with the Geek Squad fellows that installed our Samsung tv. They gave us notice when they would arrive and completed the installation quickly.

Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Good service by human in person. We unexpectantly needed to add a wall mount (the new tv has inverted V legs too wide for existing tv stand so tv would just fall off of the front or back) so I called the number and attempted to get help to determine which mount to buy and make arrangements to install. Nightmare etc. and then was transferred to someone else to begin all over again. Both used "48 hours and I will hear back..." routine. Still nothing... no call... no email after over a week. Don't bother asking for help over the phone with useless offshore contract workers who promise, "48 hours..." anything!

They were fantastic. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Set up all components and tested. Found a glitch on screen display and ordered a replacement immediately.
