The agent mounted and connected my TV and explained how everything worked.

My Tech set up my antenna so that it received the best reception possible setting on my rear deck. Geek Squad policy does not allow them to install antennas so he did the best he could within the perimeters allowed. Even at that, he was able to ge me 27 channels, including one that is very hard to get in my location (very rural area)

From Justin Cole in Sales who took us through the products and the purchasing procedure to the prompt delivery, expertise and friendliness of Luis and Taylor of The Geek Squad who couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the new products to us. I will certainly call them for help if I need it in the future. Best Buy is GREAT

The technician was absolutely excellent. Wore his PPE, cleaned up, gave advice and made sure to find stude in the wall. He should be training everyone how excellence in any craft has value. He measuree 3 times before he did any drilling.

I was really pleased with the the Geek squad service.Not only was my TV mounted , the sound bar was also set up and I received one on one instruction how to use my new TV and sound bar. And my 55" TV was taken, at no extra charge. Geek squad is worth every penny.

Geek Squad was great in DELIVERING AND setting up my 65' LG TV. They were on time, brought 2 agents and knew exactly what to do in placing and setting up the new TV.

Nathan and his assistant quickly set up the new Television and programmed the new Logitech Harmony Remote! He then spent all the time necessary to teach two Senior Citizen Technophobes how to use All Components smoothly using JUST ONE REMOTE!

The guy and gal who came out to install my new Samsung 65" TV were fully prepared, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I would absolutely recommend installation by Geek Squad Professionals. These peeps really do know there "stuff"! And they care about the work that they do. Super friendly and professional.

The agents mounted our TV quickly and professionally. They also provided comments for securing the TV as they were aware we have small grandchildren who pose special situations or challenges.

The gentlemen who did this installation and set-up was such a fine and responsible young man. Very patient and respectful to two aging folks who are not technically savvy. You have a fine employee in him.

great great service only advice give your customers their serial numbers behind somewhere on tv before you hang or install cause this is the only number SAMSUNG will except if u have a problem no where else is it written

Geek squad associates arrived on time, they kept me informed where they are and how long it will take them to get to my address and how long the job will take to finish. At the end they asked me how did I they do and did I have any questions, they also gave me few tips and suggestions on how to make my home theater experience better.

Our installer breezed through the set up explaining details as she progressed through normal routine. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Agents arrived timely and quickly went to work installing the new 75" QLED 4K Samsung TV. Carefully unpacked the TV and completed full set up including asking if I had any questions. I was confident everything was in place and fully functional when they completed the job and departed.
