excellent job and knowledge of devices, also covid conscious

I have always installed my own electronics. This time, since I was spending so much on the equipment, I would go ahead and spring for the Geek Squad installation. I am glad I did. Not that the installation was that technical, but because they had us up and running in no time as well as answered ALL my questions.

Great color, many different features, and easy to use. Once I get the sound regulated, I will be happy.

Geek Squad representative was very capable, efficient and courteous.

It took a few trips to get the TV mount in a good place - there were wall outlets that needed to be relocated (by others) to accommodate the mount design. Ultimately it worked out but first mount attempt placed the TV lower than the Geek Squad rep. thought it would be so had to work to mount it higher...and then had to repair holes in wallpaper from the first mounting.

Geek squad quickly installed, set up, and programed tv and remote.

Luis L. figured out the complex sound and TV hook-up left by the previous owners of our house. He made two trips to the house, the second time bringing the new hook-up equipment we needed, and did the installation perfectly. I am very grateful to Geek Squad and Luis L. Don't hesitate to use their services.

The installer went beyond the call of duty to ensure I was thoroughly familiar with the set. He removed my heavy old set. I was very impressed with his patience and generosity with his time.

So worth it for the setup! It was great that someone could deliver upstairs and also help set up all the channels and such, as we've always been confused about how to receive broadcast networks with the antenna. Everything is working as it should be.

All went well. The Geek Installer did a GREAT JOB!!

Tv replaced on wall mount. I accidentally gave them my old address. And they were cool with driving 20 minutes to the correct address. I really appreciate their determination to get the job done considering i sent them to the wrong place. Thank you guys.

I bought a wall mount for my 55" TV and I wanted someone professional to install it and my TV. The Geek Squad was the best answer to my installation. The guys were very professional and prompt. My TV looks GREAT on the wall. They set up my cable and sound bar so I don't have to use all 3 remotes. I would HIGHLY recommend the Geek Squad !!!

The team arrive on time and were very professional! Josh called the day before and the morning of to inform me of their arrival. They stayed to go over the operation of the unit. My only recommendation is that there was a opportunity to call the Geek Squad with minor questions without a $49 charge.

They did everything great, fast and very professional.

the geek squad employee came on time and was very efficient and friendly did a great job i am not too techie as i am older. he was helpful and non judgemental. however, i thought i knew everything i needed to know but now find i have to call him back for some further instruction.
