The Geek Squad is amazing. They were able to trouble shoot an issue we had with our new TV. Mason and Carter remained in contact with me to ensure that the problem was resolved. That's awesome customer service.

This ‘small’ TV does the job, and it fits my purpose perfectly! A bedroom TV for viewing at the end of the day. Initially I purchased the same TV in 24 inch size, then decided 32 inches was better. No issue exchanging at Best Buy.

The geek squad agent did a great job mounting and installing my TV perfectly. He also assisted with making sure that the mount was leveled correctly and positioned just right for the TV to sit in place in between my dresser and window. I couldn't have asked for a better job! Thanks!

Geek squad did a great job in mounting and connecting all of my devices. They actually came a 2nd time to remove and dismount the tv because I went from a 70" to a 75" without a hitch.

Geek Squad set-up new TV and made all the necessary connections. Showed us how to operate it. They were very professional and polite. Double Agent Cameron was very nice and helpful.

The Geek Squad guys did an outstanding job on installing my 55" Sony and the accompanying soundbar and subwoofer. My installers set up the TV and showed me all the control features before departing. Well worth the $$$$

The Geek squad was on time and very communicative in regards to their expected arrival time. They were friendly and courteous throughout the entire time. I appreciate them taking the time to walk me through the usage of my product in the end to ensure that I could use the product. The were very clean and precise in there time.

The technician installed the TV and sound system (sound bar) without a hitch. The technician and assistant wore booties and did not leave a mess. They were professional and answered all questions related to the products promptly.

Soonest they could install was 9 days after purchase. Scheduled my entire work week and took PTO for Geek Squad to install my TV. Install guy calls me at 3pm and says he has to cancel…doesn’t give me another day as an option to reschedule either. Just says I have to call or go online and reschedule. At this point I wanted a full refund. I call up the store and some guy tells me they have to have the item back in their inventory for them to give me a full refund. Doesn’t try to rectify or solve the issue, just tells me to try calling back after 7pm when the truck delivers the tv back to the store. Oh and he tells me it’s not a refund, it’s an in-store credit only. At this point I felt out of $700 and wasn’t going to wait another 9 days for them to maybe reschedule. I took PTO so committed to just mounting and installing the TV myself. I figured they already had my money and there’s probably another TV in their inventory, so I went to Best Buy, told the manager that you guys didn’t show today for your scheduled install so I want the TV now. He gets me a TV and refunds my install service plan back to my card, so apparently they don’t do in-store credits only. All this on top of 2.5 years ago they sold me 2 Hisense TVs for a $1200 “deal”. Both TVs crapped out on me within the last few months, shocking considering I’ve had flat screens that are 15+ years old. I also bought a Geek Squad + service plan with it though! However the sales guy coached me to cancel that plan within 90 days, he said they’ll refund the cost in full and I basically get a free install. Ironic how that service plan would’ve protected me too….not a good service. Wouldn’t recommend

The agents are really in the know about the latest TVs and streaming services and certainly how to set them up. They installed and set up our 75" TV very quickly. They explained everything to us and were very patient and polite.

I liked the salesman at Best Buy who steered me to just the right TV for me. Even better was the home installation guy. He was fast, very careful and totally professional... and also very polite. He did a super job of installing my TV and taking the old one away. He couldn't have been a better reflection on Best Buy!

The geek squad team was very efficient and very helpful. They connected all my peripheral equipment and made sure they were correctly labeled on the TV screen. They were very friendly and answered any questions that I had.
