The TV was hooked up nice the geek squad did a great job

The Agent was terrific in installing all TV's. Most importantly, he provided guidance in what would make for the best installations - there were three! He also made sure we were able to operate the new TV and that the two other existing TV's were fully functional.

two men very good at installing my new TV set.very neat.

Excellent service for a simple install, however, the complicated install on a tile/stone, they were unable to do despite several attempts. Totally recommend for a simple install on a dry wall. If there is a tile or stone, they don't have the capability yet.

Sorry to say this but husband not download all the featured on the television and the control I need three controls to turn it on the TV and change your channels please send somebody to help me

My review is on the workmanship, not the product. The necessary work was completed by an outside third party contracted by Best Buy. The installer, Chris, was outstanding. He completed the work in a timely manner and took the time to explain how everything worked. Definitely will highly recommend him.

Everything was hooked up properly. The agent was polite and patient with all my questions especially on how to use the remote.

The Geek Squad didnot set up my TV initially. However they were called to fix the connection to my Verizon Fios signaling device. It took only a few minutes and has been working well ever since. They were on time, polite, helpful and knew their business.

The Geek Squad mounted our 82 inch television and set it up for us very quickly. They were very knowledgeable and courteous to my husband and I. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for any of your technical needs. Great Service.

A no brainer! A friend spent 5 hours trying to assemble their tv. These pros took about 15 minutes and did a wonderful job. They were even funny and nice to talk to. I would recommend this service even if a person thinks that they know what they are doing.

The agents mounted my TV on the wall right where I wanted it and did an excellent job. I love having my TVs mounted on the wall as it gets them out of the way and less likely to get damaged. The guys were extra friendly and helpful.
