Easy to set-up appointment. Received appointment reminder call and was able to ask questions. Arrived on time. Took away large DLP TV. Set-up new 65 inch TV. Explained basic controls. Did not set-up internet options because I did not want them. Unable to connect soundbar to Spectrum remote though.

This was the first time we used Geek Squad where we had a small problem. The first time the TV was installed it was not completed to our satisfaction. So we had to have a different technician come , who did do a very good job

I remember struggling over my decision about whether to enroll in Total Tech Support. I must say it has been so worth it ... they have been such a great help with my computer on numerous occasions and provided superb service setting up my new t.v. and wireless headphones. thank you!

They took great care in installing the television just as we needed. And they took time to be sure it was up and running properly with our Wi-Fi and streaming. We were very pleased.

The agents had a lot of trouble setting up the TV, as they said none of my components were cooperating .I bought all the components at Best Buy within the last few years. After an initial setup that was having lots of problems, they had to reconnect everything a different way, and told me it was the best they could do. They did explain how the controller works. Since then, on most mornings, I have to turn on and off the TV multiple times to get the channel to come on the screen. Sometimes I get a prompt to connect the box top. Sometimes I have to go to a different input, then back to the DirectTV input to make the TV work. I am having trouble with the DirectTV receiver that was working OK before the installation. Sometimes I try to change the channel and the TV thinks I am hitting each button separately. If I try to pause a program, it takes 5 seconds for the channel to pause. Then when I restart the program, sometimes it jumps way ahead. I restarted the receiver, and it didn't fix it. Someone needs to come and reconnect the TV.

Price at $200 is ridiculous when we are paying for Total Membership. 100 should be more than enough. There used to be no charge, but I can understand the need for some rwecompense. Just not 200 for screwing on a little TV andf playing with the remote.

Best thing I ever subscribed to is Best Buy total tech membership. The perks are amazing and free. The Agents were so amazing and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing.

Placing the TV was not difficult but agent helped us set up all the apps on the TV. She also showed us things about the TV we were unaware of to enhance our enhancement of the television.

Gosh, I liked the guys who did the installation: pleasant, helpful, friendly and there was no condescension to the ‘old guy,’ me. They even did some dusting!

Purchased a 65” Samsung smart tv. They delivered and set up my devices to the tv. They were very helpful in explaining how it all works and answering my questions

The gentlemen from the Geek Squad did a great job setting up my TV and sound bar. They were very knowledgeable and not only did their job, but answered all my questions! Great service! I recommend having the Geek Squad set up anything you purchase!

The Geek knew his business, was very cooperative, and had us up and running very efficiently. The defunct old TV was removed and everything was just as advertised.

Between Geek Squad installation (not on wall) and the quality of my LG tv, I cannot be more pleased ! When turned up high, the sound is like the movie theater with the surround sound and clarity; and speaking of clarity....I am blown away by the picture quality !!!!

We are not particularly sophisticated when it comes to electronics and the programming of today's TV'. Without the Geek squad we would have struggled to get this done. As it is they were the perfect addition to the sales team...they made it all work!

I had the Geek Squad install and set up a 55" Sony TV and convert two other sets to You Tube TV. They were very good and explained all the necessary actions for streaming TV after having AT&T Direct TV, U Verse, and AT&T TV for years.

Service Tech's resolved the issue. They were knowledgeable and Professional. wouldn't hesitate to use the Geek Squad again.
