Professional, efficient and punctual service! Techs were on time, communicative and provided phone call updates regarding their eta! Nothing but 1sy class service!

The two men arrived on time, set up the TV efficiently, paired the remote so that it could be used with our other equipment and demonstrated how to use the remote. I was very pleased with the service we got.

Most everything went as planned except I was not able to get very good reception for my stereo or basically the AM/FM channels. GS had to come back and bring an antenna connection since mine was taken away in error. I now have a wire that is stuck to a wall by scotch tape as that was the GS solution. On the plus side I do get great reception for the stations is often listen too.

I am so glad I used this program. Aside from the delivery, it was nice to have a person who knew what they were doing. All the cords to the tv were intimidating for me! The tech was also professional, friendly & quick.

Great service. Tech setup everything quickly and explained how to use the new TV.

It always helps when the installers are personable, and this team was amazing. Several problems arose with the installations that I would never have been able to figure out myself. The cost to have them do it was one of the best investments I ever made.

The Geek Squad sent a couple of people who quickly installed my new tv, on the swivel stand. And then showed us how to operate all the controls. They made us feel like we knew how to manage everything. And if we have a question...we can just call for advice.

Excellent set up and explanation of tv! Geek Squad is number one again!

The two guys were excellent. I think their names were Joe and maybe Mark. They were very helpful and nice. We are older and do not understand new technology, but they walked us thru most of what we need.

Gave good advice and were very patient in waiting to hookup to cable provider. Cable provider could not send a signal, thus the Geek Squad left after waiting 45 minutes. The burden was put on the cable provider to solve the issue of no picture. Note! No photo should be provided since this was the TV connect and setup.

My TV installation was done by a third party contractor. He was pleasant but would only install one app for me, Netflix. He seemed knowledgeable however wasn't good at showing me how he was maneuvering the apps on the screen. I didn't appreciate that he smelled of smoke.

Your men did a great job setting up my new 75" Samsung TV in the living room and moving the old 55" into the bedroom. The Dish Remotes were all configured before leaving.

The agent delivered and setup a 65” Sony LED TV and a Polk Sound Bar. The setup went quickly and the agent explained the various aspects of the TV and how to select different picture modes, sound, and use of remote. All boxes and packing material were removed. Setup took about 20 minutes.

I would not buy a TV without my wonderful Geek Squad to insure exceptional hook up! :) They did a great job and answered all my questions.

The agent was polite and very efficient. He made sure that the remote was easy to use and he made sure I knew how to access Live TV and the Apps.

Geek Squad delivered the TV and did the setup. They kept me informed when the TV would be delivered. They were professional and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The tech's were awesome!
