    The 2 men who came to service my TV were polite, knowledgable, spoke slowly so I could take notes, did not seem rushed, answered all my questions. Excellent service!

    He came at the appointed time, he had everything he needed. He knew what to do. The boxes never came in the house. He was quiet, efficient, and gentle. My new TV works great. He learned my old cable remote was bad so promised to return when I receive new one from cable company, at no additional charge.

    Our service team was excellent. They called to tell us when they would be delivering and were there on time! Our installer was great. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, explained the tv, and remote. They took all the packaging away. It was a good experience.

    Technician was great, but price was over $200 even we pay tech support member ship fee annually $200. I don’t think annual tech support $200 is not work because we paid $200 to technician this time.

    Two installers arrived and asked why I was not mounting the TV on a wall. After considering their question, I took them up on their offer. They both did an amazing job. They had a vacuum ready to clean up and were done with everything within an hour.

    Geek squad service was excellent! They quickly connected my new tv and showed me how to work it. They also moved my prior tv and had it up and running in a very short time. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

    My new Samsung television and sound bar, purchased 3 weeks ago and scheduled for delivery and installation TODAY was abruptly cancelled (both the delivery and the installation) just 2 hours before they were supposed to come. I called to find out why this happened. I was repeatedly put on hold, then after approximately 15 minutes of waiting, the call was dropped. I then went to the Best Buy store where I purchased them, and the salesman could not answer questions as to why this happened. He sent in a request, and said someone would contact me later in the day. 4 hours later, a person from BB called and said they were "working on it" but could not give me any reason why my delivery and installation was abruptly cancelled today. To say that I am befuddled, confused, frustrated, is beyond explanation at this point. We had been waiting for this delivery and installation for weeks. At BB, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I am now believing I am going to have to wait even longer for something that should not have happened.

    I did not get a MANUAL and was not informed about how to operate remote - the picture on the tv goes bright then dim and back and forth - I am sensitive to light and cannot cope with this problem - Connor know how to turn off DVD or blue ray player

    Given the superb service we received from the Geek Squad while installing our new TV will definitely use them again. When we ran into what we thought was a snag during setup they already had figured out what needed to be done and then did it. I can't say enough good things about the Geek Squad!

    Angela Was's setup of our new TV was very competent and efficient. She showed us how to use and coordinate the various remotes. She was extremely helpful.
