My set up was simple however some of the small details would have been frustrating.

Efficient, rapid service. The TV I purchased is quite heavy so be sure to have two (2) Geeks to set it up.

The Agent was terrific in installing all TV's. Most importantly, he provided guidance in what would make for the best installations - there were three! He also made sure we were able to operate the new TV and that the two other existing TV's were fully functional.

Geek squad showed up on time even a little earlier than me and waited patiently. They were quick, efficient, and professional. They also programmed my tv remote to control all of my devices connect to my smart tv. One of the geek squad members also gave me advice on what kind of surround sound system to complete my home theater system.

A no brainer! A friend spent 5 hours trying to assemble their tv. These pros took about 15 minutes and did a wonderful job. They were even funny and nice to talk to. I would recommend this service even if a person thinks that they know what they are doing.

Warranty swap and installation went quickly, efficiently, and with care. Took out the original equipment, unboxed and installed a very large Television system and Soundbar. Such a well-choreographed procedure and team! Couldn't be happier!

My TV installation was done by a third party contractor. He was pleasant but would only install one app for me, Netflix. He seemed knowledgeable however wasn't good at showing me how he was maneuvering the apps on the screen. I didn't appreciate that he smelled of smoke.

The technicians arrived on time. The installation was interrupted by a weather related power outage. They returned promptly and compl\erted the installation .
