Even though this was not the Geek Squad, the subcontractor used was excellent. They were in and out quickly, but took the time to explain the device and operation of the remote - as well as ensuring it was set up correctly before leaving, Great job!!

An hour prior to their arrival, they telephoned me with the approximate arrival time. They quick unpacked it; placed it on the Tv Stand; and tested it. I had my Comcast information available so it did not take long. The Tv was operating and he asked if I had any questions for him? I said no. They did a good and quick job! At the conclusion, I asked for the Operating Manual. The leader informed me that the Tv had none and i should use the installed one. He then proceed to show me how to enter the Setting menu and select the manual. After he left, I did do it and reviewed the installed manual.

When we purchased our new TV, we opted to have it delivered and the Geek Squad set it up for us, because if they dropped it or messed up the set up, it would be on Best Buy, but if we did it and something went wrong, we'd be out many $$.
The Geek Squad kept us informed on the timeframe as to when they would arrive.
The team that came out did an awesome job delivering and setting up our new TV. They were very professional, yet outgoing and friendly, and set up did not take them long at all. It was only after they left that we realized our Dish remote had not been programmed to turn the TV on/off and we had to use the TV remote for that. That was not what we wanted, so we called them and they came back out and took care of it.

I chose inhouse set up and haul away as part of my purchase of an LG OLED 55 C5 TV.
The technician actually showed up a couple of minutes early in the install window, went thru the set up with no issues, helped me thru the initial LG (voluminous) setup, and took my older TV out with no problems.
He was also very friendly and polite. I recommend the service.

The Geek squad was efficient and personable and perfect. And they spoke English clearly! I could never have done what they did and so efficiently. They tested everything. Cleaned up after themselves and even write a mask because someone in the house is on chemo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these 2 from the Hialeah office. Christina was one of them. Unfortunately I can't remember the other name. Thank you.

The Geek Squad staff brought a replacement tv to switch out the one I just purchased that had lots of issues with it. I had not purchased a television in over a decade so I was doubting myself wondering if I was doing something wrong in the original television but they confirmed my beliefs and assured me something was wrong with the original tv. They set up my tv and soundbar assisting me to set up the streaming apps I use. They were very courteous and sanitary with the Covid in the world we all dealing with. They answered questions I had and I appreciated their kindness and assistance greatly.

I decided to purchase an LG Smart OLED tv and paid to have the Geek Squad deliver and set up the new tv and haul my old 55" flat screen Samsung away. They showed up promptly at the appointed time, took the old Samsung away and had the new tv installed and working in no time at all. They hooked up the sound bar, blu ray player, network service and even an old VCR. Then they took the time to show me how to access all my programs and instruct me on the basics of the tv and remote operation. They were very friendly, respectful of my house, and good at their jobs. For the small charge for this service it was well worth the investment for their help.

I had Sam again. This is the second TV he has set up in my home. He brought a new partner who was efficient and followed directions well. Both were very professional and I really appreciated the fact that after I asked for the same set up person, they sent Sam even though I was told he was unavailable. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him as a professional.

Dorian from Mas Tec installation was absolutely excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable, this lone installer was so well organized both for hardware and software that it took him less than 45 minutes to replace my old 2012 LED Samsung (inside my armoire) with this great new 48" Samsung OLED. What a great experience. I certainly recommend Best Buy keep Dorian & Mas Tec in their back pocket for all future installs that the Geek Squad can't get to.

Loved the set-up Geek Squad Service! Brett Bradford and his team were excellent. They told us our best options for our set up and were well prepared. They installed the tv quickly, and neatly. After hooking up the cable and putting in the apps for me, they were very patient and helped me to understand how to use the tv, remotes and apps. They were all patient, well informed and professional. So good to meet great people.

Geek Squad techs connected our new Sony BluRay DVD player to our new Samsung Smart TV. They then disconnected unused wires/cables that were left plugged into the power surge protector. They also answered questions we had about using our new smart tv we didn’t get to ask the previous tech that installed our new tv. They were great! Very helpful and we’re not trying to rush us. One of them even gave us one of his business cards in case we had any questions. Great service and very professional.
