They had to come back after they left but they did a good job after that

The installers were well informed, professional and patient. They explained everything, were respectful of my property and even replaced furniture that was moved prior to their arrival. Very trustworthy people.

Geek squad did not come to install. The third party delivered the box and walked out saying they were just hired to "drop off." I had to hire another company to unpack and install my TV.

I always use the Geek Squad! I am technologically challenged so it’s more than worth the few $$’s it cost to have them deliver and set up my devices. My only complaint and it’s minor is the sound bar came with a subwoofer that doesn’t seem to be working and it hasn’t been since they installed it. I will stop by BestBuy to ask about this rather than call because it’s not always easy to reach them.

I had the Geek Squad install a new TV in my daughter's apartment after Christmas and the technician was terrific. He contacted me when leaving the BB store and I met him at the apartment. He connected the TV, made some adjustments, reviewed the remote with us and answered all our questions. 5 stars for Cedric!

The agent was very informative, courteous and knowledgeable of my TV and its capabilities. He finished everything in a timely manner. He even vacuumed his work area once he was done.

This installation was difficult but they brought mor people to remove old TV which was very heavy. They also set up old remote to work with ne TV and that person took a long time to be sure everything was perfect

TV was legged, set up and remote was set up. The young lady that set it all up also removed the old tv, which was not her job. A complete explanation on how to make it all work and then a smile and handshake. I couldn’t ask for more!

This TV sits above my computer desk, convenient. Great for those times when we don't want to run the main TV. Connects to our home WIFi and streams from computer with Chromecast. Delivered and installed by the Geek Squad

The guy at the store was very helpful and the guy that delivered it and set it up was very knowledgeable and had it set up in probably a half hour or so I have been buying from Best buy for a long time and they've always treated me right

The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He hooked up the tv with Wi-Fi and made it easy for me to manage.

The technicians arrived on time. The installation was interrupted by a weather related power outage. They returned promptly and compl\erted the installation .

Andy and Garrick were helpful in setting us up so my husband could use his AirPods to listen to the tv when I wanted to sleep! Marvelous work by wonderful guys!!
