The Geed Squad crew did an awesome job! I'm glad I didn't take this on myself as the tweaked the settings for a great picture, took their time and provide instruction, and were very professional, friendly, and cleaned up all the packaging, etc.

Andy and Garrick were helpful in setting us up so my husband could use his AirPods to listen to the tv when I wanted to sleep! Marvelous work by wonderful guys!!

The Geek squad was on time and very communicative in regards to their expected arrival time. They were friendly and courteous throughout the entire time. My review is on the workmanship, not the product. The necessary work was completed by an outside third party contracted by Best Buy. The installer, Chris, was outstanding. He completed the work in a timely manner and took the time to explain how everything worked. Definitely will highly recommend him.

I liked the salesman at Best Buy who steered me to just the right TV for me. Even better was the home installation guy. He was fast, very careful and totally professional... and also very polite. He did a super job of installing my TV and taking the old one away. He couldn't have been a better reflection on Best Buy!

Geek Squad, John, was very patient due to issue with Comcast cable box. He had to wait until Comcast Representative resolved the issue (45 minutes) before he could complete the installation. John was patient, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Thank you.

The person who installed the new flat screen TV was wonderful. One of the best in person installation experiences I've ever had.

The agents were very respectful and couteous and apologised for missing the 4 hr window due to unexpected additions to their schedule. The installaion and setup went very smoothly and quickly.

Agents arrived as scheduled. Put on masks and booties before entering my home. Very efficient in setting up my new TV and reconnecting related devices. Clearly explained the functions of the TV and the Google Assist control. No after installation issues.

The TV was unpacked and set up efficiently. However, my DVD was not connected. He said I didn't have the proper cable. I would think that he should have had a supply of cables from which he could select one and complete the hook up. I did not get the full service I paid for.
