The agents replaced a 10 year Hitachi (yes Hitachi!!!) and a vintage sound system with a %% inch Samsung and soundbar They were efficient and kept me informed every step of the way They made sure I was comfortable and could use the new equipment I could not be more pleased

Geek Sqaud did a good job, they also packed up a 43 inch flat screen which was returned to Best Buy almost a month ago still no credit. If anybody can help me get the credit it would be really appreciated, I tracked it to Best Buy in Fredericksburg, Va. My television is outstanding. It was purchased for my 94 year old mother. She is enjoying it and the Geek Squad set it up very nicely for her. It was not mounted, but sat up for her to be able to enjoy it from her bed.

The Geek Squad just completed the installation of my new Sony Bravia 75” television. The technicians were great and explained how to use the new television. Highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

The installers were friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job setting up the TV.

The Geek guys arrived on time, set up the tv, connected it to DVD player and Roku, and most of it accessible from my DISH remote. The guys were not only knowledgeable and competent, but they were friendly and speedy. They went above and beyond. I will be happy to use the GEEK SQUAD again.

Awesome product. We initially tried to install by ourselves with mixed results. Thankfully Geek Squad rescued us. The Tech they sent out was wonderful, patient & kind. Took time to explain all the features of the new "smart" tv to two Seniors.

Really pleased with this 43" LG; picture is vibrant and just the right size for the room it's in. The installers were very courteous, diligent and showed up ahead of scheduled time. Great experience. Thank you!

Geek squad arrived on time and assembled the TV well. They started to take the clear protective covering off the screen but gave up in a few minutes. At that point it became obvious that the covering was permanent not temporary. Stuff happens

I purchased my TV & paid for installation to take place the upcoming Saturday morning between 8-noon; no problem at the point of sale. But Friday night at 5:30, I got an email confirming my installation would take place Tuesday between 8-noon! The store from which I made the purchase did not pick up the telephone after 20 minutes on hold, & the 800-number dumped me to the 3rd party vendor which coordinates installations (located in far-off Buffalo). The manager in Buffalo was outstanding & tried hard to reschedule the installation for Saturday, but was unable to arrange for installation of the new TV & removal of the old one. I sent an email to the store of purchase Friday night before 9 & another on Saturday morning at 11:30. I finally got a call back from the person who sold me the TV at 1:30, spoke with his manager thereafter, & spoke to the store manager after that. These people were dismal. I told each of them - and firmly believe - they have a practice of scheduling weekend deliveries & installations, then reneging on them at the 18th hour & rescheduling for a less favorable day of the week. I understand that people call out sick, but calling out Friday night at 5:30 for an 8:00 a.m. Saturday delivery (with only someone in Buffalo taking calls & trying to coordinate alternatives in Boston within 14 hours on a Saturday) is a tall order to fill, & warrants more than the responses I got from the store management. That said, when the installation person showed up with the TV, he did a great job (the company has to use the 3rd party vendor to send out licensed electricians, not just Geek Squad technicians, since there may be rewiring necessary). Also the company eventually removed the delivery & installation charge from my bill. But this only came after extremely frustrating & tiring conversations with 3 different people from the store I bought the TV from, all of whom refused my reasonable request to have the charges waived. The store had several other negative reviews on its Facebook page from the 6 months prior, focusing on similarly dreadful customer service issues. I wish I had seen them sooner.

They installed our giant TV and gave us clear instructions about using unfamiliar devices. In addition, they had booties to cover their shoes (it was nasty out) which I greatly appreciated. They were quick and also clear in their instructions. We have been enjoying the TV set ever since.

Timely, polite, informative, patient, helpful, professional. Didn't make an old lady feel stupid about her lack of knowledge regarding technology.

Ordered the service for my parents who lives in another state. Helped with lugging the TV upstairs and setup plus moving the old TV downstairs from family room to living room. They were very happy with how the service went

The Geek Squad arrived as scheduled, they were friendly and professional. They removed the old tv, installed and connected the new tv to our other components, set up the wifi. When finished they walked us through the operation of the remote and tv functions, very happy with the service
