I had the Geek Squad install and set up a 55" Sony TV and convert two other sets to You Tube TV. They were very good and explained all the necessary actions for streaming TV after having AT&T Direct TV, U Verse, and AT&T TV for years.

The agent set up my tv from changing its feet to a central stand to connecting it all. He helped with programming as well. What a great guy! His name is Gio.

We had two very capable people deliver and set up our tv and sound bar. They spent time explaining how to use the remote which we really appreciated.

Chaance, and his assistant made all the minor problems that were popping up, just disappear and made sure that everything worked perfectly. Very personable, well trained agents, that made sure that evrything was working properly, and fully explained the functions. Thank You!!

Very professional and very efficient in the setup.

The agents had a lot of trouble setting up the TV, as they said none of my components were cooperating .I bought all the components at Best Buy within the last few years. After an initial setup that was having lots of problems, they had to reconnect everything a different way, and told me it was the best they could do. They did explain how the controller works. Since then, on most mornings, I have to turn on and off the TV multiple times to get the channel to come on the screen. Sometimes I get a prompt to connect the box top. Sometimes I have to go to a different input, then back to the DirectTV input to make the TV work. I am having trouble with the DirectTV receiver that was working OK before the installation. Sometimes I try to change the channel and the TV thinks I am hitting each button separately. If I try to pause a program, it takes 5 seconds for the channel to pause. Then when I restart the program, sometimes it jumps way ahead. I restarted the receiver, and it didn't fix it. Someone needs to come and reconnect the TV.

First the two agents arrived at the the scheduled time. Then they carefully unpacked and set up a 45" OLED TV. They installed all associated devices: DVD, tuner, speakers, and cable box. Finally they synchronized the remote, logged on to all my apps, and explained how to use my new system.

The gentlemen from the Geek Squad did a great job setting up my TV and sound bar. They were very knowledgeable and not only did their job, but answered all my questions! Great service! I recommend having the Geek Squad set up anything you purchase!

I would recommend the geek squad especially if you are a senior as I am and need help with the delivery and set up. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and asked if I had any questions. It was expensive, but it was worth every penny!

The guys who mounted our tv to the wall were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They managed to put up our big 78" curved tv to an adjustable wall mount. They also installed our surround sound and hooked everything up. They left the area nice and clean. Great service, highly recommended!

This was a large TV (75") - i was considering taking the TV in my pickup and installing myself. So glad Geek Squad did this for me! Well worth the cost as this was a pretty involved job and they did not miss a beat. If you purchase a larger TV - let the Geek Squad do the heavy lifting!

Agent connected t.v. And sound bar but gave very little instruction for us to duplicate his procedure. We still struggle to use many application this t.v. Has designed into it.

The installers were well informed, professional and patient. They explained everything, were respectful of my property and even replaced furniture that was moved prior to their arrival. Very trustworthy people.
