Geek squad was wonderful. They showed up early after calling to confirm our available. Quick pleasant service. Kudos to all.

The rep. was here when scheduled and quickly opened and set up the television in less time than I could have got it out of the box. He then programed it and showed us how to get our apps up and going. Great experience.

The Geek Squad folks showed up a little late (not really a problem). Got the TV installed, cleaned up and took all the packaging away. They connected it to my wireless network, programmed it, and connected my Xfinity remote. They answered all questions and then left.

The agents mounted my tv and connected it to my cable modem. They also returned to connect to a router which I did not have originally but got from my cable company. Service was terrific as is the quality of the tv.

We recently had new flooring installed which required the disconnect of a 55" rear screen projector TV (18yrs old) an several add on electronic components. I contacted Geek Squad when it was time to reconnect eveything. The agent quickly moved through tthe reconnection and all components and the TV work great.

The agent set up my tv from changing its feet to a central stand to connecting it all. He helped with programming as well. What a great guy! His name is Gio.

Knowledgeable team and they did good clean work. Set everything up. Answered all questions and explained the operational features.

The Geek Squad individual who installed our 43-inch Samsung TV did so with ease. It worked beautifully when it was turned on.

Wonderful to set up but still a few things not able to complete yet

Great size but my tv table was too small for.this tv. I like the.screen size but I.had to return to the.store . I.gave the sales manager the.dimensions of.my table but it was still not the.right.size. Geek squad had to come back.twice.

I think sterling was great. It’s the red tape at Best Buy that’s so difficult.. you guys could make things a lot easier With a little help

They came earlier than expected which was good as I was preparing to go on a trip the next day. The process went smooth with no hiccups and the installer did a great job in demonstrating how to use the new technology and answering any question I may have had.

Service person has excellent experience and knowledge and put time and energy to complete the work,thank you for training this so the work was completed properly!

The guy showed up with my TV and installed it carefully and correctly. They hooked everything up and check to make sure everything was operating correctly. Before I let them go they made sure I was totally satisfied.

Adam and Pete were on time, setup efficiently and reviewed the warranty on the product and installation. They demonstrated how to change between tv and av components which were attached and left their business cards in case there were questions.

The Geek Squad solved my issue with not being able to use the sound bar with our new television; they were very professional and very knowledgeable about the products. They worked quickly to sort out the problem.
