Geek squad service was excellent! They quickly connected my new tv and showed me how to work it. They also moved my prior tv and had it up and running in a very short time. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

Everything was fine but forgot to program the sound bar. We successfully did so after the technician departed.

Our GS team was efficient, knowledgeable, and skilled. Beyond that, they were professional and friendly. We could not have planned a better experience.

Between Geek Squad installation (not on wall) and the quality of my LG tv, I cannot be more pleased ! When turned up high, the sound is like the movie theater with the surround sound and clarity; and speaking of clarity....I am blown away by the picture quality !!!!

Installer came on schedule and worked quickly. We were able to test functions before he left. He was also courteous and careful not to damage any cabinetry.

It always helps when the installers are personable, and this team was amazing. Several problems arose with the installations that I would never have been able to figure out myself. The cost to have them do it was one of the best investments I ever made.

This installation was difficult but they brought mor people to remove old TV which was very heavy. They also set up old remote to work with ne TV and that person took a long time to be sure everything was perfect

Easy to set-up appointment. Received appointment reminder call and was able to ask questions. Arrived on time. Took away large DLP TV. Set-up new 65 inch TV. Explained basic controls. Did not set-up internet options because I did not want them. Unable to connect soundbar to Spectrum remote though.

The Geek Squad sent a couple of people who quickly installed my new tv, on the swivel stand. And then showed us how to operate all the controls. They made us feel like we knew how to manage everything. And if we have a question...we can just call for advice.

Our Technicians came a set up our new TV. They were professional, quick and very knowledgeable. We were very happy with the set up.

The reps were very professional, installed my tv and connected to all devices. Then made sure I knew how to work it.

Most everything went as planned except I was not able to get very good reception for my stereo or basically the AM/FM channels. GS had to come back and bring an antenna connection since mine was taken away in error. I now have a wire that is stuck to a wall by scotch tape as that was the GS solution. On the plus side I do get great reception for the stations is often listen too.
