The Geek Squad just completed the installation of my new Sony Bravia 75” television. The technicians were great and explained how to use the new television. Highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

The Geek squad help download Britbox on my two television and showed me what was wrong with my download. They did an outstanding job and took their time.

Two installers arrived and asked why I was not mounting the TV on a wall. After considering their question, I took them up on their offer. They both did an amazing job. They had a vacuum ready to clean up and were done with everything within an hour.

I did not get a MANUAL and was not informed about how to operate remote - the picture on the tv goes bright then dim and back and forth - I am sensitive to light and cannot cope with this problem - Connor know how to turn off DVD or blue ray player

Exceeded every expectation. Well worth the cost. On time, easy appointment setting, knowledgable installers who don't leave until you are happy and satisfied.

They connected it and put it together. However, they couldnt be bothered to even put it on center of the tv stand (was about 3 inches to the right) or put the tv stand back in its original position. Tv was about 15 degrees off center. Also the tv base that is part of the TV is adjustable. This is a handy feature for people with a sound bar. They decided to put the base at the lowest possible setting so part of the screen is cut off. I suppose the last part is my fault for not pointing it out. But i feel the bare minimum they could do is center the tv to the stand.

TV was legged, set up and remote was set up. The young lady that set it all up also removed the old tv, which was not her job. A complete explanation on how to make it all work and then a smile and handshake. I couldn’t ask for more!

Our service team was excellent. They called to tell us when they would be delivering and were there on time! Our installer was great. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, explained the tv, and remote. They took all the packaging away. It was a good experience.

We bought a 75 inch TV. So we had to have it set up.

The guy at the store was very helpful and the guy that delivered it and set it up was very knowledgeable and had it set up in probably a half hour or so I have been buying from Best buy for a long time and they've always treated me right

The agent delivered and setup a 65” Sony LED TV and a Polk Sound Bar. The setup went quickly and the agent explained the various aspects of the TV and how to select different picture modes, sound, and use of remote. All boxes and packing material were removed. Setup took about 20 minutes.

We are not particularly sophisticated when it comes to electronics and the programming of today's TV'. Without the Geek squad we would have struggled to get this done. As it is they were the perfect addition to the sales team...they made it all work!

On time, fast efficient and professional..,took the worry out of attacking accessories. Will not hesitate to use this service in the future
