    The two gentlemen who delivered and set up our TV were very professional, efficient and we are very pleased. One was named Jose and we do not know the other's name. Thank you both for a job well done.

    Although I wasn't satisfied with the fact that this product was so stiff, the installers were polite and professional. I cannot believe the store manager, John Thomas, was so rude and disrespectful to my family. I have spent much more than $10,000 at Best Buy already in 2017 but will actively look for other options to spend my money. I would think that a company in the customer service industry would want to treat their customers better.

    The two gentlemen from the Geek Squad who came to set up my TV were awesome and they provided the best customer service. They were very patient answering all my questions which I appreciated. It was a great experience because of them.

    The Geek Squad pair that came and installed our new TV &b programmed the remote were knowledgeable, respectful, professional and helpful in every way. Not every day a stranger comes in your home and shows such respect for the homeowner and their possessions. These guys were Over The Top!

    When Geek Squad removed the tv from packaging, it had a crack. He quickly called and checked availability and picked another up from store. He hooked it up in no time and even connected tv to Prime and Netflix for me. Wonderful service, so happy we signed up for tech support.

    Agents removed last TV, installed new. Hooked up all appliances. Adjusted Sound Bar and sound to reduce bass which hinders our ability to understand words. Also reduced background sound for better word recognition.

    Geek squad set up and installed my TV and sound bar. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way and arrived at the appointment time. Install and set up was quick and painless. Took time to explain remotes and website for more details and usage.

    Very professional and quick Setup I bought a Sony 65 inch 4K TV and they connected it to a Sony Blu-ray player it’s a great home theater professionally done and showed me all the functions on how to use the TV and Blu-ray player and also set up the apps on the streaming TV and tested everything

    I am so happy with Geek Squad services. I am not electronically inclined. The technician set up my TV, connected my Internet, sound bar and Blu-ray player. And if that was not enough, he taught me how to navigate through all of it. He was punctual, curtious and very patient with me. I highly recommend their services,

    The young man that came and installed our 55 inch television was very knowledgeable. After installing the tv, he stayed and went over all the features with my wife and me and was in no hurry to leave. That service wasn’t free but, to me, it was worth every penny. It saved me probably much frustration.

    A third party vendor installed tv, not geek squad. He did not have orders to install new tv and take away old tv. Although he did install and remove the tvs, I was surprised that he did not receive the correct information for the visit. Why was I not notified that the Geek Squad was not doing the installation?

    The delivery men were fine with the delivery,my only complaint is the crew leader couldn’t speak or understand English very well,also this delivery was done by a third party,not Geek Squad.

    Good job with the installation of the tv. Very efficient workers. The Geek Squad (Tyler) did a great job with the setup of our new computer. Very informative and helpful!
