My television is outstanding. It was purchased for my 94 year old mother. She is enjoying it and the Geek Squad set it up very nicely for her. It was not mounted, but sat up for her to be able to enjoy it from her bed.

He came at the appointed time, he had everything he needed. He knew what to do. The boxes never came in the house. He was quiet, efficient, and gentle. My new TV works great. He learned my old cable remote was bad so promised to return when I receive new one from cable company, at no additional charge.

Gave good advice and were very patient in waiting to hookup to cable provider. Cable provider could not send a signal, thus the Geek Squad left after waiting 45 minutes. The burden was put on the cable provider to solve the issue of no picture. Note! No photo should be provided since this was the TV connect and setup.

The 2 gentlemen handled all of the issues with my TVs. They explained everything and let me know how to increase my WiFi capacity. They were prompt on getting me another date to handle my WiFi issue. They were very courteous and knowledgeable.

This Geek Squad team was fast and efficient, courteous and most helpful. They got us hooked up and running with everything the ways we prefer. Great service, more than worth the cost.

I always use the Geek Squad! I am technologically challenged so it’s more than worth the few $$’s it cost to have them deliver and set up my devices. My only complaint and it’s minor is the sound bar came with a subwoofer that doesn’t seem to be working and it hasn’t been since they installed it. I will stop by BestBuy to ask about this rather than call because it’s not always easy to reach them.

Agent took down one TV and set up another. Even help put old TV back in original box for storage.

The rep. was here when scheduled and quickly opened and set up the television in less time than I could have got it out of the box. He then programed it and showed us how to get our apps up and going. Great experience.
