Ordered the service for my parents who lives in another state. Helped with lugging the TV upstairs and setup plus moving the old TV downstairs from family room to living room. They were very happy with how the service went

Given the superb service we received from the Geek Squad while installing our new TV will definitely use them again. When we ran into what we thought was a snag during setup they already had figured out what needed to be done and then did it. I can't say enough good things about the Geek Squad!

The agents mounted my tv and connected it to my cable modem. They also returned to connect to a router which I did not have originally but got from my cable company. Service was terrific as is the quality of the tv.

Ricki, the geek squad member, was rude and irritable from the moment I opened the door to invite him and his colleague to deliver and install my tv. He spoke rudely, glared at me on several occasions and displayed passive aggressive behavior and an attitude. His demeanor and attitude unsettled and confused me. I did not expect this kind of treatment in my own home. I kept cool and composed throughout this ordeal to focus on the installation. When I asked him technical questions and to find out how to adjust some advanced tv features in Sony Bravia 9 85 inch tv, his standard response was “Don’t worry about it”. I was shocked to get that response repeatedly from him. He did not help me with any of the technical features and didn’t answer a single technical question about the product. What I was promised and what actually happened on that day were polar opposites. I was bitter and angry for several days afterwards for the way I was treated by this guy. The other geek squad member was respectable and knowledgeable and professional in his approach.

We were very happy with the geek squad install of our television. They were able to hook up all our devices and made it very easy to use the remotes. They also showed us some shortcuts to using all our devices. We have always been pleased with the Geek Squad!

The guy showed up with my TV and installed it carefully and correctly. They hooked everything up and check to make sure everything was operating correctly. Before I let them go they made sure I was totally satisfied.

Javier rremoved our prior TV, installed and setup the new TV including connecting to our sound bar.

The Geek Squad solved my issue with not being able to use the sound bar with our new television; they were very professional and very knowledgeable about the products. They worked quickly to sort out the problem.

Agents reviewed connection and identified the problem, correcting it by moving the TV connection from the wall socket to the power strip.

Great service from Geek Squad. They kept me informed of their arrival time. They explained how to navigate and cleaned up nicely.

Verything was set up quickly without any difficulty

Awesome product. We initially tried to install by ourselves with mixed results. Thankfully Geek Squad rescued us. The Tech they sent out was wonderful, patient & kind. Took time to explain all the features of the new "smart" tv to two Seniors.

Geek squad replaced previous defective tv under warranty. Did very good job, as usual. Am keeping my fingers crossed that no problems arise with the newest one.

Geek Sqaud did a good job, they also packed up a 43 inch flat screen which was returned to Best Buy almost a month ago still no credit. If anybody can help me get the credit it would be really appreciated, I tracked it to Best Buy in Fredericksburg, Va.
