They brought the tv and did the setup, very professional. They made sure all accessories were working properly with the new 65” Samsung TV

The agents were very respectful and couteous and apologised for missing the 4 hr window due to unexpected additions to their schedule. The installaion and setup went very smoothly and quickly.

Geek Squad's Derek and Michael really nailed this installation. They expertly removed an old plasma set, installed a wall mount and moved my existing 50 inch TV from the living room to an upstairs bedroom.

We can't say enough about Mike and his crew on Geek Squad. In fact they were so good I'm ready to purchase another TV because they made it so stress free and I was able to call and get further clarification.

The agents installed my two bedroom tv's. They connected the cable boxes properly and the tv's are working beautifully!

The agents mounted both TVs expertly. We had planned only one wall installation but decided to do two. They had everything needed in their vehicle and were able to accommodate our needs on the spot.

The squad came on time and setup my tv quickly and efficiently. Made sure all elements worked properly and were hooked up and that I knew remote buttons. Removed older model from home.

The rep called at 9am and said he would be there in about 20 minutes and was ringing my doorbell at 9:23am. The rep really knew the product, and quickly assembled and set everything up, including matching the TV to my Uverse remote. Nothing could have been better.

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job at installation. He hid the cables and relocated my sound bar so everything looks neat and tidy. He went over my tv options to make sure I was comfortable with them too!

We were impressed by the Geek Squad technicians that delivered and set up our new TV. They were professional, courteous, and did everything necessary for us to start enjoying our new TV.

Techs set up new tv and sound bar, but forgot that the power cord was too short for dvd player. They did connect the two, using the 3’ cord that worked with previous tv. Pulling the dvd player to the front of the shelf where I could access it, the short cord pulled out and I could not reach back far enough to reconnect it to the tv, Bought a 6’ cord and had Geek Squad come back to reconnect everything, Difficult for me with shoulder and elbow problems.

The agents mounted my TV, taught us what we needed to know to operate the TV and they were very timely. They gave us their card if we needed anything further. Have been impressed with all Geek Squad people that have come out and taken care of everything. Thank you!!!
